Samantha left helpful instructions and we had a great trip. Location is very residencial but quick to get anywhere with a car. Entrance is via a fire escape so any big luggage or difficulty walking could be an issue. Overall they had great communication and the kitchen is so cute.🥰

I had the most wonderful stay at the Loft in Deganwy. Wonderful hosts. The Loft itself was beautiful and had the perfect facilities for my stay. I stayed for a month for a University placement in a nearby Hospital and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone going to stay up in North Wales, And look forward to hopefully returning soon!

Lovely little gem of a place, perfectly positioned for a stroll to the beach and the supermarket is only a five minute walk away. It was like a home from home, great for families with lots of thoughtful touches - much better than being cooped up in a stuffy hotel room, we would love to stay again!

My family and I had a great time at Tanya’s place. The flat is very spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. We really felt at home. It was very clean and we had everything that we needed (including kitchen utensils, towels, internet, etc.) to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. The flat is located within walking distance of Colwyn Bay’s city centre, so there are plenty of places to eat and to go about. The beach is also about 15-20 minutes walk. The car space provided made our parking easy and kept the car safe all the time. Communication with Tanya was very easy and fast, and she always made sure that we had everything that we needed and that we felt comfortable in the flat. Overall, this is a beautiful and very nice place to stay. We would highly recommend it!
