Nice apartment on a very quiet street in the most pleasant area of Brussels. On the heights of the city, one minute from the large parks of Forest and Duden, a few minutes from the markets, pretty shops, bars and restaurants of Saint Gilles. Easy and quick access to the whole city (and Gare du Midi) by trams 4, 10, 51, 81, all within a 3-minute walk from the apartment! Double bed in the bedroom, very comfortable sofa bed in the living room if needed.

This apartment has been very luminous and renovated in December 2021. It is located on the 2nd floor, without elevator. The apartment has an equipped kitchen with an induction, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and microwave. There is a TV, and also there is wifi and wired high speed internet. Furthermore, the bathroom also includes a hairdryer. In the living room there is a sofa from which an extra bed for 1 person can be made.
