Installez-vous sur les 2 terrasses du dernier étage pour admirer d'un côté de l'appartement la vue sur la ville et d'un autre côté la forêt, le lac, le superbe château Sainte-Anne et la propriété de Val Duchesse. Conjuguant confort, design et beaux volumes, ce logement rénové et décoré avec goût possède une cuisine américaine entièrement équipée ainsi que 2 chambres avec des lits très confortables de qualité qui vous feront oublier le stress du quotidien. Appartement très lumineux et silencieux. Paix et chaleur sont les maîtres mots de ce lieu sans oublier les superbes couchées du soleil. Mon appartement est l'appart idéal 2 chambres situé au 9ème étage d'un immeuble bien entretenu. Il se situe à 2 min du fameux Rouge Cloître et à 2 min d'une station de tram ainsi qu'à moins de 10 min à pieds d'une station de métro (Hermann Debroux). Cet appartement a été entièrement rénové et décoré avec goût et avec tout mon amour pour les matériaux design et confortable. Le canapé est composé de plumes d'oies ainsi qu'un système de mémoire de forme. Mon lit est un springbox avec matelas en geltec de confort medium (très confortable). Beaucoup de choix de luminaires et de bougies, ce qui le rend extrêment chaleureux. L'appartement est transpercant ce qui le rend très lumineux en journée. Dans la chambre principale, vous trouverez une télécommande pour des volets électriques et dans la 2ème chambre, des rideaux opaques. Emplacement de garage avec télécommande. À 14 min du centre (Louise-Flagey-place Poelaart). A 16 min de l'aéroport de Bruxelles. Proches des axes autoroutiers. À 2 min, vous trouverez des supermarchés divers ainsi que des restaurants de toute sorte... Appartement génial et situé idéalement ! À 16 min en voiture de l'aéroport de Zaventem et à 14 min du centre haut de la ville (métro Louise: accès au centre centre à pieds via l'ascenseur face à la place Poelaerts) et à 9min du centre ville (métro Art Loi: face au parc et à la place Royale.
