Easy access to the apartment and the region has several restaurants, a market and a pharmacy, well centralized and relatively close to Praça da Liberdade (10min walk). I recommend d+

The apartment is extremely well located, with a supermarket in front, and several restaurants. The lobby of the building is very kind and helpful. Pude enjoy the comforts of the condominium such as the gym and the ballroom. Ana was very present in all our communications and helped us a lot with our needs.

The apartment is complete, has a gas stove, refrigerator, utensils, cable TV, iron, hairdryer, the shower is good. The only thing, however, is the noise: during the weekdays there is a lot of noise at peak times because it is located in a central area of the city, for those who want a quiet place this may not be the ideal place. It is 3 blocks from Shopping Cidade, 1 block from the supermarket, 1 block from Burger King and Subway, 1 block from self-service laundries, there is a bus stop at the door, a cafeteria across the street. In addition, there is still the building's gym, which, although small, is enough to get a sweat on. It is up to each one to evaluate the cost-benefit. It was perfect for me! Adriana, who did the cleaning, and the concierge staff are very nice people! It would return again for sure!

I only stayed one night, but the experience exceeded all expectations. The apartment is spacious, quiet, extremely clean and very well located. The structure of the building is excellent, and the view of the city is amazing. Everything matches exactly what's in the photos, or even better. The host was very attentive and helpful. Beautiful and comfortable place. Super cozy. Advice for those who will be staying and even for the host… Be careful with speakers by the pool and even the TV volume near the kitchen, as there are 3 cottages and this can annoy other guests. There are people who will look for the place just to rest and get out of the “chaos” of the city.

We were very well received at your accommodation the house is exactly as shown in the photos, impeccable cleanliness, great quality bed and bath linens and very fragrant, very comfortable beds, equipped kitchen and I highlight the very good hot tub that heats well. I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back on another occasion

Danielle's house is spectacular, super comfortable, very complete. The outer space is beautiful, lots of nature, impeccable garden. Even with rain we love our stay. It was days of much rest, card games made available by Danielle. The TV room screen is a lot of show, it's home cinema. We highly recommend, we even intend to return as soon as possible.

Our stay at the site was simply wonderful! The place is even more beautiful than in the photos – very well maintained, clean and with an incredible energy of peace and tranquility. Ideal for resting and disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is super cozy, well-equipped, has several bathrooms and is comfortable. We had everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to streaming TV. The outdoor area is a spectacle in itself – lots of greenery, birds singing, a volleyball court, a soccer field and a swimming pool that made all the difference. The host was very attentive and helpful, welcomed us warmly and responded quickly whenever we needed anything. The only point to improve is to put a shower stall in the bathrooms and make a squeegee available in each of them. I recommend with my eyes closed.

The Studio is excellent, everything is new and tasteful. The social, work and leisure spaces are perfect. Check-in was flexible and the building is very safe and beautiful.

I needed to change the number of guests and, promptly, they provided an extra room to accommodate everyone in comfort. Communication was easy and hospitality made all the difference.
