90 m² outbuilding adjoining the main residence: • Ground floor: 45 m² living space with kitchen and living room (sofa bed). • Floor: 2 spacious bedrooms, each with private shower room and separate toilet: - Terra Cotta Room: Double bed (140 cm). - Blue Room: Double bed (180 cm) or 2 twin beds (90 cm) + single bed (80 cm). Exterior: Secure swimming pool (6 m × 12 m), open from May to September. Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

In the heart of Sarthe, 15 minutes from Sablé, 25 minutes from Le Mans by highway and 40 minutes from the Zoo de la Flèche. Located in a quiet village. The accommodation consists of a living room/kitchen and 2 bedrooms with double beds. There are stairs to climb to get to the living room/kitchen, as well as to the bedrooms. Beds are made before your arrival, and towels are available in the bathroom. Parties and other events are not permitted.

Studio includes a large living room 50m² with a kitchen and a bathroom, including a mezzanine for sleeping. The studio is completely renovated. Located in the Sarthe, 30 mins from Le Mans (24H/Mans), 40mins from Laval and 15 mins from Sablé sur Sarthe. It's a peaceful and rejuvenating place. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

We offer accommodation in a recently restored, quiet and pleasant old stable. You will have a living room (sofa, TV, microwave, fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee machine), a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a mezzanine bedroom (one 160 x 200 bed and one 90 x 190 bed). There's no kitchen. Guests can enjoy our pleasant garden. This home is by our house. It is less than 40 minutes from the 24-hour circuit.
