The house is located 200 meters from the cross-country tracks and a 7 minute walk to the grocery store, sports shop, ski stadium. Well-equipped house with floor heating, 2 bedrooms, loft, 2 sofa groups, 2 bathrooms, sauna, TV, fireplace, drying cabinet, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, wifi (300 kbps). You can choose to have cleaning done onsite for an additional SEK 250, or to purchase cleaning for SEK 2,200 in advance, before any RUT (income tax) deductions.

Bruksvallarna Rockvallen quiet area

Close to hiking trails/snowmobile trails and cross-country tracks as well as the slalom slope in Ramundberget about 8 km from the cabin. There is also a ski stadium where you can go roller skiing in the summer. Then there is also #strapatserab who can arrange paddling, climbing and guiding etc. Food store ICA Stig Myrhs is 1 km from the cottage. There is also a gas station. A good place that I would like to recommend to you is #fjällbäckenlodge to have a lunch/coffee/dinner above me about 500 meters walking distance from the cottage.

At the foot of Funäsdalsberget in Kåvan's cottage area, you will find this spacious and modern mountain cottage overlooking the mountain's mighty steep sections. 170 sqm divided into 4 bedrooms, spacious hall, two bathrooms and large social areas mean that 2-3 families will enjoy themselves here. With 80 meters to bicycle, cross-country and snowmobile trails, 100 meters to Ljusnan and 1.3 km to the nearest lift, there is something for everyone to enjoy. The house is centrally located between a handful of different lift facilities.

This 80 sqm apartment is less than 200 m from the Röstberg lift and the cross-country trails go outside the door. In summer, you can take the bike to the bike trails directly from the apartment. 5-10 minutes' walk down to the village. Lillstugan is located in a quiet and rural location on a farm. The cottage is located next to meadows, and after a short walk you are down by Ljusnan, which invites you to fish, swim and paddle a canoe. In winter, the cottage is suitable for starting out on both cross-country skis and snowmobiles, trails are close to the cottage. Lillstugan is 38 sqm and includes a combined kitchen and living room with a sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed and a small room with a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet.

We rent out our cozy newly built house with a fantastic location in Tänndalen for at least three nights. Fully equipped cabin with a fabulous view of the mountain peaks from the living room and bedroom makes our place unique. The house has municipal water and sewage, toilet with shower, newly built wood-burning sauna and parking by the house. Here you enjoy the silence and the view. Perfect starting point for skiing on the mountain at the foot of Hamrafjället and close to Andersborgstugan.
