Cailhau is a small medieval village (220 Inhabitants). It is located on a rock (hence the name caillou and haut). From here you can take beautiful walks (or cycling) with always another surprising view. Nearby are many wine cellars where you can sample delicious wines. Cailhau is also located in the Catharen region, rich in history, with many castles and abbeys to visit. In the village you have a cosy bistro where you can eat and drink. En hiver et mi saison: cet appartement calme est idéal pour accueillir un couple, une petite famille ou des personnes en déplacement pro. En été: l'appartement reste très frais. L'environnement peut être un peu plus vivant et vous pourrez profiter d'une terrasse partagée avec barbecue et d'une piscine au sel de 9x4. Ainsi que de nombreux espaces transat et salons de jardin.

Vous aimez le calme et la nature, alors vous êtes au bon endroit, en effet la route s’achève au gîte. Au-delà, les chemins serpentent dans la pinède et les collines parmi les capitelles. Vous pourrez les découvrir à pied, en VTT avec ou sans pique-nique. Le gîte se situe dans un domaine viticole que vous pourrez visiter. Ancienne écurie du domaine, ce gîte indépendant, climatisé, bénéficie d’une terrasse avec pergola et nous mettons à votre disposition, notre piscine (7.2 m x 3.7m).
