The most important thing: After just under 100 m you are on the beautiful sandy beach of Salavaux. There you can play on the flat shore, swim, splash ..., beach volley or also rent SUP, kayak and pedalo. Rental facilities for larger boats at the campsite Avanches. If you don't feel like cooking, you will find a buvette and a small restaurant directly on the lake on the beach. Very close to the house is also the Equinoxe restaurant, a little further that of the Avenches campsite.

The location is unique: situated directly in the harbour of Vallamand with a unique view of Lake Murten and the Alps. The larger cities of Neuchâtel, Bern and Fribourg are 20 and 30 minutes' drive away respectively. Parking spaces are available on the property. There is a bus stop very close. Welcome!

The house has three bathrooms and three bedrooms, which are spread over the three floors of the house. A living room with terrace plus lounge is one of the many highlights of the house. There you can end the day perfectly with a glass of wine and the fantastic view.
