Apartment 2 minutes from Lake Morat

Two-room apartment on the lower ground floor, just a 2-minute walk from Lake Murten and another 2-minute walk from the Broye River. Because the unit is partly below ground level, it receives a bit less natural light, which keeps the temperature pleasantly cool in summer. The kitchen is fitted with food processors and all basic utensils. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Access via 10 steps. Children and dogs welcome. Noise is not an issue, and the apartment is well insulated.

Swan

The most important thing: After almost 100 m you are on the beautiful sandy beach of Salavaux. There you can swim, splash around on the shallow shore, play beach volleyball or rent a SUP, kayak and pedalo. Rental options for larger boats at the Avanches campsite. If you don't feel like cooking, you will find a snack bar on the beach and a small restaurant directly on the lake. Very close to the house is also the restaurant Equinoxe, a little further away from the campsite of Avenches.

It has a sports marina with over 1000 berths. The apartment on the ground floor of a vacation home with a large garden was completely renovated in 2020 and is located right on the edge of the nature reserve "La Grande Cariçaie". Lake Neuchâtel can be easily reached on foot in 8 minutes and by bike in 5 minutes.
