This cozy tiny home is located a little over one mile off of Interstate 57 and within two miles of Rend Lake. Whether traveling through and needing an easy one night stay or a weekend getaway, this is the place for you. Located in the quiet village of Whittington, the property has great access to the area while providing a peaceful stay on the edge of the country. Our property has multiple rental buildings, but there is plenty of parking space for anyone traveling with a pickup and trailer.

The Blonde is small and mighty with an airy studio feel but packed with all of the necessities of a full sized home. This stay also includes its very own nature trail! Come ready to see lots of wildlife and explore Southern Illinois! Our 2 treehouses are secluded but do share a property!

Spurlock Place- Shawnee National Forest (HOT TUB)

Hike, explore, work, or relax on our 2 country acres. Just 15 minutes from the Garden of the Gods, our home features a game room, high speed Internet, and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy nature. There’s a large gas station and DG store 1/2 mile away for anything you need, and Harrisburg is just a short drive further. If you’re looking to explore or hunt in the Shawnee National Forest, this is the perfect place to be! Guests have full access to the home, hot tub and all amenities.

The Angel Carriage House in New Harmony

Cozy and elegant, located in the heart of historic New Harmony, this 1920's carriage house was reimagined, expanded, and tastefully furnished as a stand-alone guest house in 2016. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, roomy bedroom plus queen-sized sofa bed in the living room, two full baths, hi-speed WIFI, three HD TVs, a private back porch with one of the best views in New Harmony, and heated & A/Ced garage. Located right on the riverfront in downtown Newburgh. Perfect access for walking, hiking, running, or bike riding on the popular riverfront trail. With epic views of the Ohio River including a 2nd story balcony view of beautiful sunrises and sunsets, our stylish loft apartment is located directly over Honey Moon Coffee shop. Please note that the loft is above a coffee shop that opens at 7am each day and you will hear some noise. 2 complimentary drip coffees are included with your stay!

Choisser Burnett House - Vintage Charm & Comfort

The historic Choisser Burnett House is located at 1201 Organ Street in Eldorado, Illinois.  A revival style home built in the 1880's, it was home to several prominent families who were responsible for business development in the area. Twenty minutes minutes south is the  Shawnee National Forest whose terrain spans woodlands, hills and lakes and it's wildlife includes bald eagles. There is a sister house across the street, The Paddock at 1208 which sleeps 6 and is also on Airbnb.com.

We also packed as many amenities as we could into this property including an oversized 6-Person hot tub, 500 MBPS fiber internet, outdoor tv, fire pit table, Weber grill, hammock swings, custom bathroom with rainfall shower, full kitchen, coffee bar, king & queen sized beds, bean bag toss, board games and much more!

Forested Retreat

This is a nice spacious cabin in the woods right on the water. It has a covered front porch across the entire length of the cabin. There is one bedroom, a sleeping loft, living room, kitchen, dining area, and a bathroom with shower. The interior is all finished in beautiful native hardwood lumber. It is surrounded by large oak trees and has a pond right in front. It is set back approximately 300 ft from a public road which provides excellent privacy.
