Vacation rentals with a patio in Brownstown Township

Ray’s place was amazing! It had everything you could want for a delightful weekend. The apartment was elegantly decorated, providing a cozy atmosphere, ideal for a romantic getaway. There were many charming restaurants and bars in the area, such as Maiden Lane Wine & Cocktail Bar. Parking was convenient as well. I'm really happy we chose Ray’s place!

What an excellent stay at the Phunky Pheasant! It was so close to the action. Just a close walk to Michigan Ave, and then a bit further Michigan Central and the rest of Corktown. Everything else was a super close drive / Uber. Allison & Anthony were the most gracious hosts, continually checking in to ensure our needs were met. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at more well appointed, thoughtfully curated airbnb. This one is a keeper, folks!

Amazing place to stay. Had all the amenities mentioned and more. Felt like a home with all the necessities included. Clean rooms and washrooms, easy check-in and responsive. Good place for a weekend get away

Beautiful place to visit. The studio was super clean, inviting and so comfortable. The view was beautiful- waking up to the sunrise every morning. A stone's throw to the beach, which was very clean and well kept. A great getaway for downtime and privacy. Not a lot to do other than the beach, but a state park only 15 minutes away. Would definitely book this place again!

The beds were amazingly comfortable. It was so nice to have our own bathroom. Great place for a couples getaway. This location is on the third floor so be ready and able to up a few flights. So close to downtown, would recommend.

Jodi was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The house was as advertised and in a location that made it easy to get to main roads. Beds were very comfortable as well, kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home, which has a great location near the waterfront. The house itself is cozy and beautifully decorated, perfectly blending charm with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed, which ensured restful nights after long walks exploring the waterfront and the town of Walkerville. Quiet neighborhood Everything was great

Nice and cozy place, very peaceful, and easy to access. Used it for an overnight stay for a concert and was very pleased! Ky had great response time as well!

Ebrahim was the best host I have ever had on Airbnb. Very responsive and accommodating, made us feel very welcome. The place is a great size and very safe and secure, and Ebrahim had some great food and drink recommendations as well.

Jim was a great host! The place was exactly like the pictures. Beautiful view, we had everything we needed, everything was spotless and the beds were super comfy. Wish we could have stayed a little longer!! Kingsville it s cute town with lovely restaurants a nice shops!

The perfect romantic getaway! My partner and I rented it as a mini-honeymoon after our wedding, and it was the perfect spot to unwind and refresh. The place struck a wonderful balance between feeling like home and an escape. With so many vintage games, art, and things to explore inside the house, we never left during our 2-day stay!

My family went up for 2 days to see a concert. There were 7 of us so we needed a larger place. There was enough room for all of us, plenty of space in the kitchen, beautiful views. We had access to some fishing poles the kids loved. Watching the birds and animals in the morning with the sun shining on the water was so peaceful.

Listen to me you will love it here !!! Shawanda is so nice and sweet she goes above and beyond to make your stay feel like you're at home. She is very responsive, her home is squeaky clean it looks just like the pictures. It's a very quiet and peaceful neiborhood, I promise if you book her home you will not be disappointed. Justin’s place was Amazing! He was easy to work with. We did have a problem trying to figure out how to lock back door but he sent video of process and we were able to solve. The location is perfect access to midtown and downtown. Whole Foods around the corner.

I loved the place, very comfortable

I love this place in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor. Perfect for 1 person or a couple - love the private rooftop deck. The only disappointment I had was the TV situation. I go to visit my son's family so I am gone from the Airbnb from 7:30 AM to 9 PM. When I get back at 9PM, I'd like to watch an hour of TV. All this condo has is Tivo which has a ton of commercials and only old syndicated shows as far as I can tell. Maybe I'm missing something but that is how it seemed to me.

Nice apartment in a nice area. Everything in Royal Oak is about a 10/15 min walk. Drive to downtown Detroit is around 15 minutes

Clean, quiet, convenient and comfortable! Perfect for our long weekend in the area and we would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Peter's place. The house is in an excellent location, just a block away from a nice park and playground. Everything in the house was exactly as described, the kitchen was well-stocked, instructions were very clear, Peter was responsive with any questions we had, and he made a high chair available for our son. Overall, it is probably one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at!
