Monthly Rentals in Brouilla

This is the second year we've come, Josiane was super welcoming but remained very discreet! The accommodation is perfect (clean, pleasant, functional). We'll be back without hesitation!

The apartment is located in a beautiful quiet place of the village, about 15 minutes away from Perpignan train station. Everything in the apartment is clean and the furnitures are fine. However, a little defict is that there is no regular air conditioner or fan in it, but instead it only has one heavy mobile air conditioner that makes huge noise when the wind blows loud, as loud as the sound of a tornado. If will be much better if a quiet air conditioner will reppace this noise machine. The service team is very friendly and respond to me quickly all the time, which matters a lot. Overall, this is good place to stay for short-term travelling.

I would highly recommend this accommodation! The value for money is just unbeatable. I particularly appreciated the many thoughtful details – the amenities are of a high standard, from the modern kitchen to the stylish bathroom. The terrace was a real highlight, especially for my dog who also felt very comfortable there. The technical equipment is excellent, the internet connection is stable and reliable, and the kitchen lacks nothing – ideal for people who prefer to cook. The neighborhood is very nice and welcoming. The location in Brouilla is perfect for those looking for security, calm and relaxation. Surrounded by vineyards, the city of Perpignan is minutes away and the sea is just 15 minutes away. I felt perfectly fine and would definitely come back. Big thanks for fantastic stay – everything was perfect!
