They were days of much rest and peace in Janaína's space. Upon arrival, we found the house very clean, with linens and towels available for use, as well as some complimentary sweets. The lawn and garden are extremely well maintained. At dawn we were able to be enchanted by the parrots and parakeets that give the air of grace. Even a seriema was visiting us! In the kitchen, lots of utensils and appliances. We didn't miss anything! The pool was quite clean and we were able to enjoy it a lot! Fully walled yard, our Yorkshire loved the freedom. I recommend it to everyone! Very well located space and we feel the host's affection and zeal! Congratulations Janaína! We'll be back soon.

The house has a gourmet area for a barbecue and a pool to cool off on a hot day. It is close to the Broa dam, which is a very pleasant place. From the moment of check-in, Mr. Carlos provided all the necessary information. We went on the weekend of the anniversary of the city of Brotas and there were festivities so he informed us of what was happening. He also gave us information about the pool and supported us when we needed help with the house. Mr. Carlos is improving the house and I believe it will get even better. The walls ensure privacy and the fact that it is away but not far from the center, where the festivities took place, brought tranquility. When I return to Brotas, I'll definitely look for the house. It's not far and it's a quiet place to stay.

My family loved the place, we had fun, from the older ones with fishing and resting and the children in the pool and playground. Everything was clean, organized, exceeded our expectations, more beautiful than in the photos! Mr. Orlando is always available! And the caretaker Carlos is friendly, helpful and attentive.
