The house is 150 meters from the dam, in addition to being very close to the waterfalls… The house is in the Patrimônio neighborhood, located approximately 19 km from downtown Brotas and 35 km from Thermas de São Pedro. WE HAVE BED LINEN AND TOWELS.

Charming accommodation with a privileged location on the banks of the river, in the Parque dos Saltos de Brotas. New construction, well-equipped and stylish. In this loft, everything was thought out with great affection and concern for details: a whirlpool bathtub, Egyptian cotton bedding, two showers, windows and an acoustic door to hear the sound of the waterfalls if you want. There are a few meters of great restaurants, tour agencies, a bakery and a supermarket, making the use of a vehicle unnecessary.
