Vacation rentals with lake access in Brotas

We only have compliments to give! My family and I spent 4 days at the farm, everything was great from the start! Carlos and Tota were very nice and attentive, the farm is delightful, it has a huge pool, everything is very clean and organized! We went with our 4 dogs and they enjoyed it a lot too, lots of nature, space to run… The farm is at a good distance from the city, the road to get there is unpaved but very quiet! We only have compliments, we hope to return more often!!!

One of the best stays I've ever had, the very attentive owner, hospitable made us very comfortable, the house is very beautiful, everything clean, plenty of utensils in the kitchen, several mattresses in good condition. The Super Beautiful View, a quiet and cozy spot, no doubt we will return.

we spent the carnival in the house and had the best experience possible!! we had problems with one of the cars and the diego was extremely attentive and understanding with us! The house is exactly like in the photos, our intention now is to rent whenever we go to full house, quietly accommodate the amount mentioned in the ad, with comfort, barbecue area and swimming pool are beautiful spaces, you can enjoy a lot! The experience with Alexa, for us, was super fun. I recommend it with all the certainty and I appreciate the hospitality of the diego!!

Great place, total quiet. A great option for those who want to get out of the routine of big cities. It is a little distanced from the center of the brotas about 20 km, but it pays a lot, there is a beautiful dam for fishing and swimming. It has a nearby market. It was perfect for me. I just found the price little salty.

Great place for the price paid, swimming pool, soccer field, everything in order. Cintia and João were also a 10, they helped us a lot with everything we needed, from finding transportation to São Carlos to finding a cleaning lady.

We had an amazing Easter holiday experience with the family, the house is much bigger than the pictures, it accommodated 10 people peacefully. Lucas and Noemy always helpful and ready to clarify our doubts. The house is very wide and airy, with screens on the doors and windows, all well organized and clean, sincerely, we feel at home, but with an amazing experience on the site. Another comment is about Arderson and wife, always helpful from check-in to check-out. I suggest everyone to taste the cheese, cheese and dulce of milk that are produced on the site by Fábio, all delicious. Super recommend this experience to those who want to enjoy a moment on site.

We spent a great long holiday at Marici's house. The place is beautiful, quiet, in the middle of nature, the river passes right behind the house. The house is super well equipped, organized, cozy and everything was always clean. It is less than 10 minutes from the Campana Park. The householders Edimilson and Kellen were very kind and helpful.

My family loved the place, we had fun, from the older ones with fishing and resting and the children in the pool and playground. Everything was clean, organized, exceeded our expectations, more beautiful than in the photos! Mr. Orlando is always available! And the caretaker Carlos is friendly, helpful and attentive. We will definitely be coming back!

The 4-day stay at Daniel's house on the Easter holiday was excellent. From the first contact he was always attentive to everything, always responding very quickly. The house is very good, with incredible nature. The gourmet space outside is a show in itself. A little far from the city, but the dirt road was very good, very well maintained and preserved. Around 15 minutes to the city. We really enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back next time.

Our days at Fazenda Santa Maria were excellent! We begin by being personally received by Mr. Paulo at the entrance to the city, then accompanied us to the farm and made a full City tour with us. Very kind and kind! The space is ample, beautiful and very well taken care of, with an old farmhouse that brings an air of childhood and all the necessary convenience for good family days, with a lot of quiet, taking advantage of the lake, balcony, swimming pool and barbecue. Clara and her horseback riding were another grateful surprise! The children loved it. Finally, the farm is close to the city, with easy-to-access markets and restaurants.
