we had a great time in a very clean accommodation, tastefully decorated, very well equipped whether for cooking, dishes, bed linen...the outside is well equipped as well. Congrats on this quality renovation! Audrey is very responsive, accurate in the information, that you positive even for the price.

Alexandra's house was everything the five of us, a 17-month-old child, her parents, a grandfather and an aunt, could have wished for, comfortable rooms, a spacious cooking area, a secluded and fully-enclosed garden, with a BBQ, delightful al fresco sitting and dining areas, and last, but certainly not least, a glorious pool, greatly enjoyed by all 5 of us. Ploubalay is a small town/large-ish village that has every kind of shop we needed, and is close to some lovely seaside places like StJacut and St Briac. St Malo and Mont St Michel are under an hour away, but it would be wise to get to both early, because of the crowds. Parking at St Malo is a nightmare, but why bother when Lancieux and St Lunaire are closer and easier, and there's a lovely pool and a boule piste outside your own back door? We thoroughly recommend this as a holiday home.

We had an absolutely wonderful long weekend in May in this house which far exceeded our expectations. Everything is designed for comfort and pleasure: the pool and play areas made our children happy, and the quality outdoor facilities allowed us to enjoy real moments of relaxation. The house is nestled in a peaceful oasis, with a splendid view a few steps away, while being ideally located near the Breton seaside resorts. A perfect setting for a family looking to combine tranquility and discoveries. A huge thank you to Alexandra and Julien for their warm welcome, availability and kindness, which greatly contributed to the success of this stay. We highly recommend it!

A big thank you to Anaïs and Quentin for allowing us to share this beautiful moment with friends in an idyllic setting for children (and adults): games, swing, swimming pool and especially... the mini farm, with ponies and goats, which delighted children and parents in the mornings! The accommodation is beautiful and ideally located (30 min from Mont St Michel). To be repeated 1000 times. 😍

We spent a few days with our three-year-old daughter in this little haven of peace and it did us the greatest good. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the accommodation and the beautiful setting with the heated pool! Our daughter had a lot of fun in the water and on the trampoline. We were able to visit Dinard and Saint-Malo. The little port of Evran is really lovely. We think we'll be back here!

Benedicte and Etienne were very helpful and lovely hosts. We enjoyed their fresh eggs and cherries.The gite has been beautifully renovated and decorated . The gardens and lake were a pleasure to walk around and even had a swim in their pool. We enjoyed visiting St.Malo and Dinan and loved the many walks nearby along the river Rance. It was a thoroughly enjoyable week and would highly recommend and visit again

The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. Location was stunning and again exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to book again in the near future. Thank you for letting us experience the beautiful home.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

This beautiful house perfectly reflects the photos online, well-decorated, bright, spacious, it is functional, comfortable and extremely clean, even the outdoor areas, the garden is well landscaped, all in a quiet location. Beautiful traditional farmhouse in a very peaceful and private setting surrounded by meadow and woods. Well equipped and comfortable accommodation. Will suit groups and larger families, especially if renting all 3 units on site.

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we immediately felt at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even with less weather, it is a super cozy house. We enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

Very nice and quiet place to stay, from which it is possible to explore the entire surroundings. It is also very comfortable in the secluded cottage.

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. If someone guides you then that is fine. We will definitely be back! Thank you Delphine, your place rocks! 😎🇫🇷🙏🏻☀️ xxx

The apartment is located directly on the golf course in a locked area, which can only be accessed via a code through a large gate. Parking is available right by the house. The apartment can be reached at ground level. It is modernly decorated and practical. The surroundings are beautiful and we enjoyed it very much.

Claudine and Jean-Claude's house is in a great location. Starting point for hikes on the GR34, in the surrounding villages or the many wonderful beaches. But then you always like to come back to this oasis in the countryside and the peace and quiet! We will be happy to come back anytime!

Wonderful house and beautiful beach. We were there with 6 adults and 1 toddler. For our daughter, everything was on site. (baby bathtub, high chair, toys). The beach is very clean and the on-site bar has very good offers. We will definitely come back 👍

Great vacation, fell in love with Brittany right away, which was mainly due to the house and the location. We and the children immediately felt at home in the lovingly decorated rooms. In the kitchen, we were not only delighted by the induction stove and the dishwasher. Otherwise, no wish was left unfulfilled. We particularly enjoyed the evenings in the sun in front of the pretty cottage.

We had a great time at Danielle's place. The accommodation she offers is very nice, clean and spacious. The outdoor setting is also superb and relaxing. We were hosted very well and highly recommend staying there.
