My stay with Zoe was amazing and I would absolutely stay again. The communication between Zoe, Charlsie and myself was always top tier. Very responsive, understanding and always made me feel comfortable to reach out for anything. The place is perfect, clean, cozy and feels like home. As a woman by myself I felt safe and at ease. I highly recommend staying here! Both the property and owner are gems!

What a great place to stay in preparation of my son’s graduation at Binghamton. Hotel prices were outrageous and Barry’s Bungalow was only 25 minutes away and super budget friendly. Very clean, loved getting to know Kim…very personable. This very well thought out accommodation exceeded my needs. Having a couple of fans was one of the finishing touches that was a plus. The road traffic was masked by the fans. I’m a light sleeper so I used earplugs too. Super comfortable bed allowed me to get great rest before a big day…thank you Jim / Kim!

Margie's place was lovely, clean, and comfortable. We stayed for almost 2 weeks, and it was very homey. There are a lot more kitchen tools and things than I've had in previous Airbnbs, and everything was easy to find. Margie was very kind and responsive when we communicated.
