House vacation rentals in Brookings

We loved our time at this AirBNB! It's just across the street from a public area where you can view the ocean from the top of the cliffs and there are beaches a few minutes drive in either direction. The house was clean and spacious for 7 of us with everything we needed for our visit to the Redwoods and the Oregon Coast. The small hot tub in the sunroom was nice at the end of the day, and they included details like towels for the hot tub, board games, detergent, extra blankets, etc. It's an older home that has been nicely renovated, with thoughtful additions. The kids wanted to stay at the house as much as possible. We would love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was just as described in the listing. We had everything we needed and more! Including beach towels, cooler, beach blanket, first aid kit and wine! The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with spices, coffee, oils, blender and any type of equipment or utensils you may need. The back deck, furnishings and garden were beautiful. The location is great. it was nice to be able to walk to the beach, and its close to everything in town. Was not always able to stream our NetFlix as there were sometimes delays, but otherwise the wifi worked well. Joyce is a great host and was very responsive to anything we needed. The instructions and manual were very helpful. We would definitely recommend this home!

Usually when we travel we book an Airbnb. They are usually pretty good, but I’m always glad to come home and have my own comforts. That was not the case here. Every single comfort was thought through. The bed was so comfortable. It was better than my own. The coffee had a coffee pot and a Keurig, which melted my heart. They provided creamer and coffee pods. In the bathroom, they provided conditioner shampoo, body wash. The washer and dryer closet provided washer pods. In the bathroom there was a little cabinet with comforts that you might not have packed like Q-tips Band-Aids, lotion, extra toothbrush, in case you need it. There was a massage chair in the living room. Not to mention the incredible views over the river. We were visited by deer every day and their baby! The birds were chirping and singing all day every day. It was the most fantastic stay I’ve ever had. I was so sad to leave!! I will definitely be back!!

Beautiful and spotlessly clean home on Gold Beach. We wish we had more time to spend here. Great communication, easy check-in/out. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The home was pristine! So clean and still smelled new. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our favorite part was coffee in the morning on the deck while looking into the trees. Only drawback is the mosquitoes in the evening! Man, they ruined happy hour. The owners supplied bug spray though, which was thoughtful. Overall, we had an incredible stay. If we were in the area, we would definitely stay again. Thanks!!

We loved this house. It is huge! It fit our family of 8 easily. The outdoor space was amazing. I think this is the nicest house in the whole town! And it was close to many attractions.

Morgan’s place is in a great location. Beautiful ocean view and short walking distance to the beach. Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and lots of space. We had to reach out to Morgan during our stay and she was quick to reply and helped us right away with our issue. Kid friendly, except for an upstairs couch that is right by a wall overlooking the stairs. We just moved it a bit so our toddler wouldn’t climb it and then we also blocked the stairs so he wouldn’t go up. Other than that it was great. Our kids had a great time!

This place was so magical! The grounds were enchanting, beautiful and so relaxing! I did expect fairies and gnomes to appear! And the animals, the mini donkeys and dogs were delightful. It was so much more than we hoped for. We are already looking at dates to return. We did have a challenge with the water. It was completely, easily resolved but that can be stressful. Gratefully our host was incredibly responsive and kind. That is the measure of a fabulous host/property. It was the relaxing respite we needed.

Monica's townhome was perfectly clean and the hot tub exceptional. She was friendly and quick with responses to my questions.

This place is EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! One of the nicest, quietest, cleanest places we've ever stayed!!!!! You will not be disappointed! It felt like HOME from the minute we walked in!!!!!! Thank you for an amazing escape from reality ❤️

The view out the large front windows was jaw-dropping beautiful and if you did nothing else in the town, just to have that to look at every day was amazing. The beach immediately below the house was one of the prettiest we walked on. Zoe was extremely helpful and responsive and the house was very clean, well appointed and a lovely vacation spot.... even on the rainy days (early April). Those rainy, windy times had us just staring at the ocean with waves breaking high and foaming over the huge rocks. The only change I'd wish for would be a regular tub instead of the jacuzzi that is in the ensuite bathroom of the Murphy bedroom, because I am one of the few wanting a bath rather than a shower. It is clear in the house information that no soap may be used in it, so it wasn't unexpected, but no one in our group cared about a spa. I'm sure many other people would enjoy it. Otherwise, the house was perfect! Thank you, Zoe, for being so helpful and making our family time special!

We stayed for 3 nights at johns place, great little house nice and cosy, lots of room and everything well organised. Enjoyed the short walks onto the beach and the beautiful sunsets. Easy access for hikes and the redwoods. John was extremely helpful with recommendations for the area. Highly recommend.

This was above expectations when we arrived. Home is tucked away in the woods with the beautiful waters of Smith River flowing behind. No access to the river from the residence, but there is access in the area. Home was very clean, and beds were cozy. Highly recommend.

We only stayed in Crescent City for one night but Marshawn’s home had everything we needed. He was communicative and we had an easy checkin-in/out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There was clearly so much thoughtfulness and care that went into designing this beautiful home. We loved the saltwater pool after a long day of exploring all that the area has to offer. The comfortable furnishings and clean design was perfect for a relaxing stay. We’ll definitely plan another visit in the future!

This place is like being at home. This rental had EVERYTHING you could image and then more. The kitchen was sticked with all utensils, cutlery, pots and pans, plates and mugs. We went crabbing, and they even had all of the tools for digging the crab meat out of the shell. The garage and games room was a BIG hit for our boys. We spent every night playing games together. The pool room was tricky to find at first, but we eventually found it. At first, I thought we had walked into the wrong house because it looked very different than the photos on the website. It turns out that the place has been recently remodeled...and looks even better than the photos online. Overall, its a gem of a place...and we would love visit again.
