We had a great experience with Sam and the overall stay. I had some last-minute changes to our booking, and Sam was incredibly accommodating and proactive in helping us adjust our plans smoothly—his communication was quick, clear, and friendly throughout. The space is exactly as described in the listing: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. It’s a cozy basement apartment. All the features—from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfy bed and living area—felt very intentional and well-maintained. Many little touches made the stay even better, like clear instructions, fast WiFi, and plenty of towels and toiletries. The location worked well for our trip. A few days in Toronto watching some baseball. Perfect location, 5 minute walk, view of the CN Tower from the balcony. Very spacious for 4 adults and two grown teenagers. Everything we required in the accommodation. Very easy check in and parking. Excellent, prompt communication from Katherine. Will definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Jonathan’s apartment in Toronto. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect. The apartment is in an excellent location — right in the heart of the city, with a stunning view facing the CN Tower. Waking up to that view every morning was truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Toronto. It’s the perfect spot for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Wow and thank you. To find such a perfect location was so fortunate. Cal sent a warm and welcoming message that just set the experience off to a great start. The condo was clean and modern and just felt so comfortable. There is something energizing about being right in the centre of thing’s, especially when you have such a wonderful space to come “home” to. Thanks to Cal for providing such a terrific space.

Lovely place , felt right at home . Crystal was very helpful and responsive, given it was a very last minute booking. The street was very quiet and so was the building itself . Very cozy getaway in the heart of downtown Toronto for an incredibly good price . Thank you so much for making our short stay nothing short of AMAZING !

Super logement! Franchement la localisation est top, vous êtes à 15 min à pied de la CN Tower, a quelques minutes du tram. Le fait d’avoir un parking en souterrain est un vrai +! Le petit balcon aménagé est top aussi, la proximité avec la voie ferrée n’est pas trop gênante parce que l’appartement est bien isolé. On s’y sent bien et Julian est adorable et très réactif!

Stonewell Farm is an absolutely beautiful spit. The grounds were beautiful and the home was beautifully decorated in a tasteful not cluttered way. The beds, linens and towels were lovely. The only drawback was the bbq. It wasn’t clean and it was very slow for cooking. It just didn’t get very hot. I would not hesitate to book Stonewell Farm again.

Great studio space right on the beach and bike path! We visited with our 5 year old son and dog. Loved that their place is dog friendly. The beach is dog friendly as well which is hard to find! Eric let us store our paddleboards in the side gated area which was very convenient for bringing them back and forth to the beach. We also loved the bike trail right out the door. Our son loved the bunk bed and we enjoyed all the amenities in the area. Eric and Cora allowed us to arrive early and were very accommodating and checked in frequently to make sure everything was going smoothly. Great hosts!

The location of this apartment is fabulous. Easy to get from the airport and to get into the centre of Toronto. There is a big supermarket and liquor store a few minutes walk away and many restaurants, cafes and bars. High park is a short walk and the surrounding roads are very pretty. The bed in the apartment is comfortable, the shower is great. It’s quiet at night and easy to sleep.

Great space for folks attending public events in the downtown area.

Beyond the house itself, the hosts were truly outstanding. They were not only extremely courteous but also incredibly responsive to any questions we had, making us feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout our entire stay. Their genuine hospitality added significantly to the positive experience. I stayed here with my family for two nights while visiting the city! The space was super nice and welcoming. Spotless, updated, and comfortable. About a 10min walk to transit but straight forward and the neighbourhood felt very safe.

This was my second long term stay with Massimo. He’s an excellent host, very thoughtful, the apartment is lovely and had everything I needed. The bed is super comfortable and the porch is a great plus. Transit is 5 minutes walk away. I highly recommend Massimo and his place to future guests.

This condo was a great location, especially for guests visiting U of T or wanting to be in the heart of Toronto with easy access to adjoining neighborhoods. The apartment had great views of the area, was comfortable, clean with excellent amenities including a superb pool and exercise area on the 2nd floor of the building. Arjun is a most friendly and reliable host. I look forward to staying at his condo for an upcoming visit to Toronto.

Krishna is the ideal host. Frequent and regular communication from check in right up to check out and everything in between. Apartment was exactly as described and location is right in the heart of some of the big must see attractions Toronto has to offer. Also loved the facilities in the complex - pool gym etc. 100% worth, would stay again no questions asked .

This place was absolutely amazing. It had everything you could possibly need and want. We enjoyed everything- the qames, pool table and darts. We wish we hadn't planned so much so we could make better use of everything. Thomas was very responsive and went out of his way to help when there was something we couldn't figure out. We loved being there and will definitely look to return if we return to Toronto

We were in town to attend a couple Jays games and see DT Toronto. This location was great for both. Also easy access to Union station. Condo was just right for us.

Amazing location! Just a 10-minute walk to both King Street and Queen Street, and about 30 minutes to the CN Tower. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. Since the building is older, we could occasionally hear footsteps from the unit above, but it didn’t really affect our overall experience.

My family had a wonderful time celebrating my Granddaughter’s 10th birthday, as well as Father’s Day. Nancy was a wonderful host who greeted us with her family, for a tour of the property upon check-in. The property is exceptionally beautiful with so much to do for everyone so was there never a reason to leave but it was great having the town of Grimsby only a 5 min drive away and the Bruce trail right next door. We had such a wonderful time and will definitely look to book again in the future.

Robert's place is in a great location, right next to the CN tower, aquarium, and Rogers center. He provides a binder of local recommendations which is really helpful. I would definitely stay again!
