Wendels Acre is a rural property, our house and grounds is an acre of garden & 4 acres of land, running sheep. The studio has sea views and it's own private garden. The location is close to Mapua Village, Rabbit Island, Motueka, Great taste cycle trail (Nelson to Kaiteriteri), Kaiteriteri Mountain bike park, & Abel Tasman National Park. We have enhanced the plantings to encourage native birds which is a quiet, relaxing & tranquil area. We are a retired couple looking forward to hosting you.

The Woodshack - private hideaway in Mapua

Unique space, beautiful decor, hand-crafted with loving care. Located in the heart of Mapua, a restful, tranquil space to unwind or explore the area. Tea and coffee facilities, as well element and bench-top oven for self-catering. Day bed can sleep an extra person if needed (inquire with owner). Laundry service also available for small fee. The space is not suitable for children / infants so please refrain from asking for exceptions, safety and comfort is of very high importance to the owner.
