great place for quiet holidays.

Nice house with lots of space on the ground floor. The extra bedroom on the ground floor is very convenient for children or the elderly due to the toilet on the ground floor. For 7 adults, spacious sleeping places, but parts of the bathroom on the 1st floor and toilet on the ground floor. Spacious kitchen with lots of crockery and glasses. Good starting point for this part of Achterhoek. Parking space with 2 loading areas directly opposite the house. Loading area for the dogs in the forest at 1 km walk or parking spaces for the car.

We had a nice time there. Everything was good and beautiful.

Beautiful house, which is equipped with all comforts. In terms of facilities (kitchen utensils, coffee, tea, etc.), these types of houses still want to be desired. That was certainly not the case here! Everything (and more) was present. Plenty of space for 6 people as well. The only downside was the impractical layout of the rooms upstairs. One bedroom can only be reached via the bathroom. The other only through another bedroom. That wasn't a problem for us, but it's good to know.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal for visiting various cultural and nature places. The building has been beautifully refurbished and remodeled with great sense for authenticity and taste. There is plenty of sleeping space. At the small bedrooms there is a window into the hallway. The kitchen and sitting room are more than spacious for a big family or company. It was clean and clear upon arrival. The wifi worked well and communication with the host is particularly friendly and fast. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay! The house is super spacious which was nice with two families. And yet very cozy. From baking pepper to playing games by the fire. Come back again!

We had a great stay with a group of 10 people here. The area was beautiful and the accomodation was lovely. I would highly recommend to those that enjoy spending time in nature.

We arrived with 16 adults and 8 children. The place is well equipped. Plenty of cutlery, plenty of play. Nienke and Tim are great host. There was also nothing to be desired for the children. Pony, goats, ping pong table, foosball, swings, painting books, board games and much more. Everything was totally clean, there are a total of 5 toilets, of which 3 are fully equipped with shower and/or tub. We would recommend the place without a doubt.

Our already high expectations were even exceeded! The villa is beautiful, well equipped, really offers a lot of space and everything you could ask for. The beds are very comfortable, we all slept very well. Everything was very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen also leaves nothing to be desired. We can recommend the Belvilla without reservation! Thank you so much for letting us have such a great time here! We will be happy to come back.

Lovely chalet where we had a good stay as friends. For a space of six people, it was ideal that there are two bathrooms and toilets. The living room/kitchen is also nice and spacious. However, it would be nice if things like pepper and salt were present as standard.

Very nice and clean place on the horse farm. The apartment was super equipped and had everything you need in it. We read the note with the bookable towels, but that was quickly clarified. I highly recommend it

Nice house that lent itself well for a cosy game weekend! Beautiful and spacious; the only thing we missed were an oven dish and a cutting board, but otherwise the cottage had everything we needed. Communication with hosts went smoothly and pleasantly. Would definitely return here!

A nice cottage, clean and tidy. It was nice that the closet was full of games, puzzles and other fun things, we had a good time. A beautiful garden and very quiet park full of birds!
