Wolfsmühle, romantisches Landhaus in freier Natur

Freistehendes Landhaus in Wiesen und Wäldern in absoluter Alleinlage. Wander/Radwege starten direkt am Haus. Es gibt einen tollen überdachten Grill mit Kamin. Der wunderschöne Garten kann vielfältig genutzt werden. Eine Tischtennisplatte, ein Kicker und eine Dartscheibe sind in der Doppelgarage und bieten bei jedem Wetter Spaß. Der schöne antike Landhausstil lädt sofort zur Entspannung ein. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Außerhalb der Ferien können wir den Check-In/Out oft verlängern.

Das Ferienhaus ist ca. 90qm groß und bietet Platz für 2-6 Personen, verteilt auf 3 Schlafräume. Im EG befindet sich der modern eingerichtete Wohn-Essraum mit offener Küche, einem Pelletkamin, ein Schlafzimmer und das Duschbad. Die Küche bietet mit Spülmaschine, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster alle Annehmlichkeiten. Im OG befinden sich ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Panoramafenster und eine extra Schlafcouch. Die 2 Einzelbetten im Vorraum können zu einem 160er Bett zusammen gebaut werden

Gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit Wintergarten, überdachter Terasse, Kamin und Garten in ruhiger unverbauter Waldrandlage. Unser Grundstück ist komplett eingefriedet und somit optimal für Reisen mit Kindern/Hunden geeignet. Die Umgebung ist perfekt für Wanderungen oder Radtouren, im Winter lädt sie zum Skifahren, Langlaufen und Rodeln ein. Ein kleiner Skihang und eine Loipe stehen hinter dem Haus zur Verfügung. Aus dem Garten gelangen Sie direkt in ein weitläufiges Wandergebiet.

Our stylish cottage is located in one of the most beautiful places on Lake Edersee. From the spacious property, a breathtaking panoramic view over the water and the surrounding forests of the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park opens up. Here you really live directly on the lake – not just "near the lake".

Lower level: This is separate and accessible via an external staircase. Here you will find another bedroom, a shower, a guest WC, and a pool, which is currently not functional.

Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
