In the old lighthouse keeper's house you fall asleep to the sound of waves and the rustling of the forest behind the house. Here you are in the middle of the beautiful Danish nature. Enjoy the day in a sunbed overlooking the water or go on a discovery trip in the woods. There you will find a small castle, wild animals, birds and behind the house the cows graze. Around the bend is the magnificent Elsehoved sandy beach. You have your own apartment and outdoor area in our house that was built for the lighthouse keeper at Elsehoved Lighthouse and which has also been a beach guesthouse.

Thurø is connected by bridge to Svendborg.

The guest house has its own bathroom and kitchen. There is a private entrance and parking. The guest house is well suited for a night or two for guests passing through. Many choose the place as a quiet stop on their journey. Guests can check in without a host. I don't greet guests as the host; you check in on your own. 4 beds Double bed: 180x200 2 beds: 120x200 Cleaning, bedding, and towels are included. Cottage directly by the water. Idyllic little cottage of 15 m2 located on 900 m2 of secluded land. The house is located at beautiful Elsehoved 3 km south of Lundeborg, and with both forest and water as a neighbor. The house is well furnished with a separate toilet. Please note that there is only a shower outside. This is with shielding and hot water. There is a fireplace with pots and pans. In addition, 2 sea kayaks and SUP boards for free use. The bed is a sofa bed with the option of using a top mattress.

Boathouse

Home away from home… Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend in this gently renovated, thatched-roof gem from 1860 – surrounded by nature and just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Open the patio door and step out onto your private terrace overlooking the water. In the summer, you can rinse off the saltwater under the outdoor shower. The boathouse is a separate residence, while I live in the main house with my two cats. Cleaning is included – so you can enjoy your stay from start to finish.

The Garden House

Visit one of Denmark's most popular islands and stay in a luxurious half-timbering house with an impressive fireplace. The house is hidden in one of the old gardens in the center of Ærøskøbing, 2 minutes walk from the ferry. Surrounded by your own quiet garden with two private terrasses. The spacious 40 sqm house is renovated with modern comfort. NOTE: From June 1st to September 1st, Ærøskøbing is closed to cars. You can park two minutes from the house – free of charge and without time limit.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Tøjsmosen

Here you get a nice apartment overlooking fields and a glimpse of the sea in the distance. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a country estate with sheep, dogs and horse boxes, if it could tempt you to take the horse with you on vacation. Close to Svendborg, close to Nyborg and close to Egeskov Castle. The Ø-havsstien (island sea trail) goes right past the house.
