You must be 25 or older to rent. There is a two night minimum stay.

Rosemary, a licensed aesthetician and licensed massage therapist, also offers spa services for a wonderfully restorative visit. Welcome to our peaceful space.

A thoughtfully put together little cabin! Had all the basic kitchen supplies you would need, the bathroom was nice, the water got good and hot, the air conditioner worked well, etc. The host was responsive and helpful, the goats were very cute, and the place was very clean. I would note it was not bug proof--there were quite a few earwigs that made themselves at home as well. earwigs in the coffee! earwigs in the bed! and, hopefully, earwigs in your heart <3 They're a pretty mild and inoffensive bug, though. No issues with mosquitos, etc. Also plenty of attractions within a reasonable driving distance--we checked out some caverns, some hiking, and some nice local restaurants.

Ross was a great host and the tiny home was exactly as listed. I stayed with a friend while we explored Shenandoah National Park and it was a great place to come relax in after hiking. Highly recommend!

It was exactly what we were looking for. It’s out of the way and peaceful, but not so out of the way that it’s inconvenient. It’s a relaxing setting, with lots of space, and lots of quiet. The two dogs greeting us almost every time we can up the driveway, made it all the better. You couldn’t help but stop and play them, which made it even easier to disconnect and be happy with where we were. Whenever our next time is in Harrisonburg, we will plan to stay here again.

Our group had a delightful experience at The Lodge at Barefoot Farms. The house was impeccably clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering us a perfect retreat for our long weekend. We were fortunate to enjoy beautiful weather, allowing us to soak up the sun during the day and appreciate the serene moonlight at night. Those interested in birdwatching were thrilled to see several hawks and a magnificent bald eagle gracefully soaring overhead while they relaxed in comfortable chairs on the lawn. It was a memorable getaway, and we all hope to return to The Lodge at Barefoot Farms in the near future.
