Open, airy living room with view of Pikes Peak. Kitchen is well-stocked, just bring the food (4 blocks to Safeway). Supplied with a variety of books & games, free high speed Wi-fi, computer with printer/copier/scanner & 2 smart TVs, you'll have lots to do on those few days the weather doesn't cooperate!

It's 16 steps up to a Rocky Mountain haven in a newly constructed apartment located in the heart of Old Colorado City on the westside of Colorado Springs. A beautiful deck looks over the neighborhood with Pikes Peak in the distance. Located halfway between downtown Colorado Springs and the Old Colorado City business district restaurants, coffee shops, bookstores, shopping, and night life venues are less than 10 minutes away. Close enough to enjoy, but far enough away to remain a quiet retreat.
