The LV home by architect Rocio Romero is a modern classic, we love it… The heated, salt water pool is open mid-May to mid-October. You can cook in the fully equipped kitchen and eat indoors or on the large deck out back, play in the pool or fenced yard, lie in the hammocks, play games, do puzzles... We are right by the Junction and Breakwater bike trail; it's about 2 miles to the Rehoboth Boardwalk, 6 miles to Lewes. There's high speed WiFi, a Sonos audio system, and a Roku smart tv (no cable).

The large property lot also provides good level of privacy due to preserved vegetation. Porch is now screened - Jan 2025. This property underwent complete renovation in 2023/2024. Located only 1 1/2 block from the beach. Bird watchers paradise. Home on dead end street with very little to zero traffic. Located next to Prime hook National Wildlife Refuge. The extra person charge is for adults only exceeding 4 guest.

Welcome! Broadkill Beach is family friendly and offers lots of activities from fishing, golfing, biking, water sports and bonfires on the beach. Relax & enjoy the shabby chic decor in our home with all the modern conveniences. Our home is steps from the water with unlimited views of the dunes and Delaware Bay. Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge surrounding Broadkill has a family oriented hiking trail with an observation deck. Great views with lots of wildlife to see.
