The villa is large and can accommodate a large number of people. It has everything you need for short and long stays. The villa is professionally maintained and very clean. It is close to the city center and a shopping mall about 10 minutes away by car. Martina and her family provided all the comforts. You are excellent hosts. I highly recommend it.

The stay was suitable for our group of three. The accommodation can also comfortably accommodate a significantly larger group.

Hana's place is very nice, you get the whole house for yourself with a very good kitchen and separate bathroom and toilet. It was very nice for 4 of us visiting Brno for DevConf. Also, Hana was very quick to help out by bringing over a vacuum cleaner when we broke some glass jar. The only small problem is that it's not the nearest to the center, but you can take public transport which is always available or call a taxi.

It was nice to be there, we recommend this place for chilling and rest.

We were with the family of nine in David's beautiful house. The house is large, there were rooms for everyone and access to the outside everywhere. The pool and terrace with the grill were the absolute highlight for us. David sent us great excursion tips in advance. So we discovered a couple of magically beautiful places that we will certainly visit again. David is a very diligent host. He knew we were booking the house for my mother's birthday and even suggested arranging flowers and gave us a bottle of sparkling wine. We had 3 really very nice days and would be happy to come back. Thank you!

We enjoyed staying at Natalia's. Matches the description and photos. It exactly suited our needs. Natálie was very pleasant and communicative. We would definitely come back again.

The accommodation was very pleasant, clean and located in a beautiful, quiet environment. The garden full of greenery gave the place a magical atmosphere and was great for relaxing. I recommend it as accommodation for max. 2 people.

I enjoyed my stay at Martin's apartment. It was simple place but just what I needed. It was in a safe part of town and there were shops and public transport nearby. The instructions for check in were very comprehensive and easy to follow. Martin was always very responsive. I would recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of staying in Brno

Had an absolutely lovely time at Veroronika's apartment! It's located not far from the center, in a safe, really quiet neighborhood. Everything was very thoroughly cleaned and in order, and it had everything I needed. Even when there was an issue, Veronika was fast to response and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Truly a _perfect_ AirBnB, very clean and well-maintained, cozy and functionally furnished, and just a very short drive from Brno exhibition centre, which was where we were headed. Despite a small misunderstanding about our arrival time, Standa was very quick to reply when contacted to make sure we can get in quickly. The parking situation needs a little getting used to – in this street, you can park for free between 6AM-5PM. Outside of these hours, you have to pay via EasyPark. If the app works for you, it is actually very easy, but unfortunately, it kept displaying error messages for us, and we had to use their website, where you have to enter the parking zone manually, and it doesn't know automatically which hours are subject to fees, and which are free. If you don't need your car right there all the time, there's several paid garages a short walk away!

The accommodation was great, we had no problems with anything. The host welcomed us nicely and guided us through the entire accommodation with instructions. We really enjoyed our stay in Brno. Thank you :)

We stayed for a night in Marco's spotless and spacious apartment. There, we had everything we needed; on top Marco gave us a couple of tips on what to see in the city. Getting to the city centre from there was also quick and effective. Thank you!

Fascinating flat with it's own spirit. Despite the fact that it located on ground floor, the place is very quiet (very good sound isolation). There is very beautiful park above the street. Overall, very recommended)

Second time we stayed in this spacious apartment with lots of light as I like it. With a garage and everything we needed. We were also satisfied with the very convenient location in the center of Brno. Very clean and comfortable

If you're looking for a clean apartment which is close to the city center, Lenkas apartment is your place to got. We had a great time in Brno and Lenka responded always very quickly, in case we had questions.

Nice accommodation, close to the city center. Responsive and helpful host. Great advantage is also being able to park in the nearby garage that is included to the apartment, if you are visiting by car.

Excellent stay, the apartment was exactly as described, and even better. Super clean, had everything you can think of, including stuff for our little kid. Location in walkable distance from the historical city centre, in a wonderful, peaceful neighbourhood. It can be a bit tricky to find parking nearby late in the evening, but that's normal, I guess. All in all, this is the closest you can get to the hypothetical perfect stay.
