La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

Serge and Barbara welcome you to their renovated and fully equipped guesthouse, situated in a tranquil location but just a short walk from the village shops, very close to the GR34 hiking path, the beach and the cliffs of Plouha and within easy reach of the ports and beaches of the Goëlo coast. Stunning Shabby chic home on the Cotentin coast, decorated to a high standard. The cottage is on the grounds of a large villa. It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. This is a convenient location for the Mont St Michel and exploring the Brittany/Normandie border.

Cette jolie maison est située au cœur de Plounéour-Trez, au calme et à 800m de la plage. Elle peut accueillir 3 personnes. Deux grandes chambres sont à disposition, un joli jardin clos et la wifi. Les animaux sont acceptés, mais ne sont pas autorisés aux étages et dans les chambres, Merci. A noter : les draps et serviettes de toilettes sont fournis.

La maison, située sur une propriété de 1,1 hectares, est située à 1,5km de la plage la plus proche, 2,5km d'une base nautique et village de Baden avec ses commerces, golf et centre d'équitation. L'embarcadère pour l'Ile aux Moines est tout proche et des nouveaux randonnées à pied ou en vélo à proximité.
