LOVED this place! So cute and the views were incredible. The beach was one of the most beautiful I’ve been to. Would come back again in a heart beat. You wake up and can see the water from bed. So peaceful. Definitely need to rent a car to stay here

The place is very nice, on the mountains overseeing the beautiful islands. Sparkling clean, excellent decorations, high level of elegance, spacious, outdoor space, beautiful! The host was very nice to us, very friendly and kind even got us a forgotten item while we were departing from the airport.

Can't recommend this place enough! Patricia and Alphonso were amazing and the apartments were clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed our whole experience there and everyone was very helpful and friendly.

First of all, the hosts are amazing. Patricia followed up throughout my stay without “hovering.” Alphonso greeted me with patience (it was a long day of travel and my brain wasn’t functioning on all cylinders!) and a big smile. He suggested we get takeaway from Sebastian’s, an easy walk, before they closed for the evening. The food was delicious. The chicken wings are definitely hot…just as I hoped! Settling in was easy. I immediately felt relaxed especially on the porch listening to the neighborhood settle in and then for coffee the next morning. The beach at Apple Bay is clean, private, the water is stunning to look at and refreshing. Patricia and Alphonsos place is ideal for anyone who appreciates immersing themselves in an off the beaten path location. If you yearn to explore everything Tortola has to offer you can also rent a car directly with Alphonso.

What an amazing, beautiful space Jan has on Beef Island. The location is perfect with a beach in walking distance, airport and port to take ferries less than five minutes away, excellent restaurants, and splendid views to wake up to. Most importantly, Jan is an excellent host; extremely generous, loving, and kind. We feel so grateful to have made this trip and stayed in Jan’s lovely home.

We enjoyed our stay. A short walk to a small beach. Restaurants nearby. Loved listening to the pounding surf every night. We were moved to the upper unit before our arrival because of a problem with our lower unit The patio and swing were magic. A fabulous view!!! Thanks!

Everything was great. The door got locked by accident, so we had to wait for another key. The views are awesome, and the unit is very spacious. Trinity and Nicole responded very quickly to our questions.

Karen and Nigel are gracious hosts that go above and beyond. They have created a relaxing, welcoming home for your stay. Words that come to mind : Convenient but feels remote, breathtaking views (high enough to look into the bay but still feel connected to the action), extra extra clean and immaculate, perfect house layout, caring and attentive hosts, luxurious, concrete-walled quietness, safe and secure. Safety is so important to us. Their home was built with love and hard work, and it shows! A true tropical heaven!

We had a fantastic stay at Mermaid Villa. Jan was on property and very responsive whenever we had any questions. The view was spectacular and The beach was beautiful. Our Villa was supplied with everything that we needed including towels, linens, kitchen supplies, Beach supplies, and a grill. We had rented a vehicle for our stay which I would highly recommend. It is about a 40 minute drive to the west end of the island and about 20 minutes to the larger Riteway grocery store by Road town. You are very close to the airport and Beef Island ferry. There are many restaurants near Trellis bay as well. Jan is a wealth of information and can help steer you in any direction. We are hoping to return with our adult children in the future.

What a wonderful spot overlooking Long Bay and Jos Van Dyke. Tasteful and comfortable space with lots of nice touches. Bug net over the bed meant we could leave our door open and listen to the ocean. Caroline and her family were very welcoming.
