Séjour parfait avec une vue incroyable ! L'appartement était très calme, et la vue, absolument époustouflante. L'accueil de Nathalie était chaleureux, et j'ai vraiment apprécié la propreté impeccable et l'agencement bien pensé de l'appartement. J'ai été ravie de mon séjour et je le recommande vivement !

perfekte Unterkunft für ein verlängertes WE. Nur 10Min. vom Bhf, direkt in der Fussgängerzone und 5 Minuten vom See und dem Chateau. sehr sauber und alles da was man braucht. kleiner Minuspunkt, unter 2 Schlafzimmern befindet sich eine Bar, deren Musik (Bass) das Einschlafen stören kann.

Rien a redire ! Que ce soit sur le logement, le cadre... Le proprietaire nous a facilite notre arrivee. Pas de stress sur le timing a l arrivee, nous avons donc pu profiter pleinement de cette 1ere journee. Le logement propre avec un panorama exceptionnel ! Endroit au calme, loin de la foule du centre d Annecy. Reposant ! avec de multiples activités environnantes.. je recommande vivement... 😀

Highly recommend the place if you plan a visit to Anncey! The location was perfect - walking distance to the train station and the city centre. The apartment was amazing too - was very clean and cozy with all the amenities ready. Finally, the hosts (Kenji and his dad) were very sweet and welcoming. Would love to stay here again next time. :)

We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

The house is confortable, the spaces were clean and everything was as described. The design of the house is modern and with enough technology involved to get you confort. Mathieu is a very nice host, very communicative and I think he made his job in the best way. We found help when needed also from the population! We found only nice and gentle people. Maybe remember to have cash with you because someone don't make you pay by card (anyway is full of banks). The only thing i have to underline is that lights of the street are turned off after midnight and you're gonna be very careful if for any reason you're not at home because you're not far from the main streets. I guess the only negative thing cannot be controlled by this host so I reccomend you this house and this visit! I may also come back next time!

Nous avons passez un week-end entre filles inoubliable dans le Granges à Roger. Ce logement a été un petit havre de paix. Intérieur très classe avec une literie confortable la Clim qui fait toute don importance avec la chaleur que nous avons eu et un extérieur avec piscine spa et terrain de pétanque que nous avons adoré. Nous avons rencontré un souci avec la cafetière qui a été résolu très rapidement grâce a notre hôte accueillante et au petit soin pour nous encore merci

Nous avons passé une super semaine. La maison a tout ce qui faut et la deco est top. On s'y sent bien... Merci à nos 2 hôtes qui ont été très accueillant et gentils avec nous

Elisabeth's new modern one bedroomed chalet was exquisite. Immaculate through out, and well built in the first place. It is in a great location, handy for Faverges ( walkable if you want) and their great selection of local shops, excellent bakers and a great wine shop & several supermarkets too. We were greeted personally on arrival & shown how everything worked. It was a real privilege stopping there. The views from our massive windows and garden and the new fabulous hot tub, were awesome, we even saw eagles daily and the house is built to keep you warm or cool whichever you need. Elisabeth is lovely & was a great host, she lives in the next house along the lane, available, but only if we wanted her. And there is a 20a french/ schuco socket set up for EV charging too. Our first visit to the Haut Savoie, won't be our last. Faverges is a very well resourced & accessible small town. Handy for Annecy and Chamonix Mont Blanc

Très bon accueil par Christophe, appartement propre et fonctionnel. À 1 mn à pied du lac Parking privé ce qui est un plus Je recommande les yeux fermés

Un grand merci à Puce pour ce petit séjour à la Villa Carlota. Le logement est parfait pour une parenthèse vacances : emplacement à 3 min du lac et de la plage, place de parking facile à trouver, extrêmement bien équipé ( j'ai rarement vu un Airbnb aussi bien équipé), propre et joliment décoré, frais malgré la chaleur, chambre séparé, grande cour extérieure permettant de manger dehors grâce à un superbe parasole, ...bref rien à redire, c'était parfait ! Encore merci pour les gentilles attentions à mon arrivée. J'espère que j'aurai l'occasion de revenir !

Super séjour avec une vue incroyable depuis le balcon ! L’appartement est très bien situé (facile d’accès), dans un bel environnement apaisant, offrant de belle promenades à pied. À quelques minutes du belvédère de la Chambotte, idéal pour admirer un coucher de soleil spectaculaire. Parfait pour deux personnes, l’appartement est équipé de tout le nécessaire, avec quelques petits plus appréciables ! Un grand merci à l’hôte, qui est à l’écoute, réactif et flexible sur les heures d’arrivée et de départ. Je recommande à 100 % !

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Carole et Dominique sont vraiment très accueillants et flexibles sur les horaires dans le meilleur du possible. Les petites attentions de bienvenue ont été très appréciées. Le plus, des éponges neuves dans la cuisine, alors ça c'est bien la 1ère fois !!! Appartement très propre et fonctionnel, tout y était, comme indiqué dans l'annonce. En fait, tout était parfait. Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!
