We self built the Little Trooper in 2017 with the intention of achieving a unique, fun and comfortable oasis hid away up a private road in the middle of the City giving a holiday feel to escape the fast pace of City life. The house has 3 bedrooms that sleeps up to 6 adults and 3 children and is intended to cater for large families visiting our beautiful city. I think the pictures say it all really and as you will see the house is kitted out with all the extras and luxuries to please everyone.

A little haven of peace in a bustling urban setting. The Bus stop at the end of the road takes you into the city centre. N.B. The hut is situated in our garden, facing our family home and there is limited outside space. This is my family home and it has a lot of charm, expect a good standard of cleanliness and the quirks of an old house but if you want a totally pristine 5-star hotel then this is not for you so please don't book. Woodside Lodge - Is an exceptional architect designed barn conversion. Sitting on the entrance to extensive private woodland, whilst located within our own 2 acres of beautiful gardens. We created this stunning Lodge with its large windows, cathedral ceiling and luxurious facilities. Ensuring we had a state of the art home that would take our guests breath away! We could have created two or even three bedrooms from this space but decided less was more.

Part of Avon Farm Estate, The Dovecote is a fabulous, open-plan, single-storey, contemporary retreat, with everything you need for a romantic break, including a hot tub. The king-size bedroom with en-suite walk-in shower, the fully equipped kitchen with bar and dining area and the spacious living area with a free-standing wood burning stove are immaculately presented. Two, well-behaved dogs* are welcome.

One bed Historic location. Corn Street is the most central point of the Old City Centre of Bristol. The heart of the City has more restaurants and bars (often converted from banks) than any other square mile in England. The flat has a bedroom tucked away from the noise and completely silent. St Nicholas Market is bursting with food stalls at Lunchtime and everywhere in Bristol is a short walk.

Old Stables, hidden period gem, spectacular garden

Hillside Stables is a separate annexed building, to the main house, a hidden period gem with spectacular gardens. This Grade II Listed home and family house, dates back to 1715 with some extensions c.1820. We renovated the separate old stables building to build a mezzanine king-sized bed deck and shower room in this completely separate private annex, with its own entrance.
