The house; as well as the apartment is completely newly renovated in 2024. The medieval building fabric combined with modern and high-quality design created a unique flair. The apartment is located in the middle of Villingen. The house was completely renovated and technically updated in 2023. It is located within walking distance of the main train station. This connects the Black Forest Railway from Constance to Karlsruhe. Freiburg can also be reached directly. So that the Black Forest as well as Lake Constance can be explored in the best possible way. The parking garage is a 5-minute walk and offers space with a daily flat rate of 10 euros.
