Bo’s listing was just as described. Check in instructions were very clear with photo directions. We were upgraded to a higher floor with an amazing sunset and the parking garage access was a huge plus. Bo was very friendly and responsive for our entire stay. The apartment was very comfortable and the amenities were great. Everyone in the building was also very friendly and the location was walkable to Bayside. I would definitely recommend booking with Bo.

My guests and I truly enjoyed our stay at Enrique’s place. Conveniently located, clean, pictures are the same as in person, comfortable. Enrique was extremely communicative, and promptly responded when we needed him. I would suggest improving the check-out experience as we had a bit of trouble with turning in our key fob. But, Enrique was helpful and came up with a different solution. Overall, would recommend and book again! Thanks Enrique!

This place is beautiful. My wife and I enjoyed the place. Great balcony where you can view the bay and the pool below. We will be back. We recommended this spot to our friends and family.

Steve and his team were extremely accommodating & responsive to a last minute request. I was grateful I chose this unit over other options (as I read some had not to great check-in experiences). This location is amazing as I stayed here since it was walking distance to Bayfront park where I attended a concert. Also walking distance to multiple restaurants and other things to see/do.

Our experience at Anna’s apartment was perfect. Anna welcomed us very kindly, provided all the necessary information, and responded to messages very quickly. The apartment is lovely: clean, well-organized, and has everything we needed. It was excellent. The building’s location is also amazing. You can do so much just walking around. It’s definitely a place we’ll come back to! We were 100% satisfied with everything.

Communication with the host was smooth and timely, and they were very welcoming and helpful. I’d definitely book again if I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

Property description as listed. Caring host who truly is interested in ensuring total customer satisfaction. Informative Handbook on premises listing points of interests, restaurants, sight seeing excursions, etc. to include AC, TV, Home lighting instructions, etc. Comfortable beds, excellent water pressure (showers), good selection of available TV channels to choose from and home is well stocked with all required amenities. Property is located in a quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic yet close to all local restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, bank, etc. Concerns for personal safety and security were never an issue. Onsite parking and no interior stairs to navigate facilitates any personal ambulatory challenges. Looking forward to rebook Debbie's property during our next visit to the Miami, Florida area.

William and Christina were friendly, prompt and courteous. They were very helpful everytime we had questions and had extremely detailed check in instructions. The place itself was cozy and very well kept. the exterior was great with coconut trees, lime trees, the beautiful views of the lake and the wonderful pool we used to cool off in the evenings. The house itself was very well stocked, kitchen had everything you could need and they had tons of towels! I definitely reccomend staying here and if we're in the area again will definitely be looking to book here again.

This house is a real gem! It’s spacious, comfy and peaceful. I thoroughly enjoyed the backyard space and watching the wildlife roam about, it felt like I was in the islands. I would definitely recommend and absolutely stay here again. P.S. One of guests wanted to include how lovely the linens smelled.😊

I thoroughly appreciated my one-week stay at Tyler's Airbnb. From the outset, Tyler exhibited exceptional professionalism. The entire process, from booking to check-in and check-out, was seamless. The staff at the penthouse were professional and helpful, the penthouse itself boasts a stunning view from the 42nd floor, and the premises were immaculately cleaned with basic necessities stocked, in a safe location. With local restaurants and a CVS on the same block, Based on the outstanding service, I would undoubtedly choose to stay here again or at any of Tyler's other Airbnb properties. You will not regret it.

Overall I would recommend staying here, it’s right in the middle of the city with a lot of things to do, whenever I come to miami I always stay in Brickell for that reason and this airbnb is in the perfect spot.
