Our gîte, classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, is located in Brèville sur mer, in a small hamlet preserved between the sea, 10 minutes' walk away, and the countryside around the gîte. The gîte is 5 minutes from Granville and its pier for the Chausey and Jersey Islands, 700 m from the beach, the GR 223, and 5 minutes from the Granville golf course, the equestrian club and the "Prévithal" balneotherapy center. From the cottage you can discover on foot the many paths that run through this heritage village.

Stunning Shabby chic home on the Cotentin coast, decorated to a high standard. The cottage is on the grounds of a large villa. It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. This is a convenient location for the Mont St Michel and exploring the Brittany/Normandie border.

Charming duplex apartment, with unobstructed views of Granville, on the 3rd floor of a beautiful building. It is located a few steps from Plat Gousset Beach, downtown and the port. Everything is within walking distance and you are quickly at Place du Cours Jonville (market on Saturday morning, covered hall) and the beach with seawater pool.
