Living in a farmhouse

You will be staying on the ground floor of the converted side building of the farm. Large garden with 2 ponies by a small stream. We produce wood chips for the heat on the farm. Here there are still 20 chickens with fresh eggs every day, 4 goats. Our dog Jule is very sweet. A small sauna and a swimming pool. The terrace, sitting area, fireplace in the garden are free of charge. Costs for sauna in addition €15 per sauna session for 2 people in consultation on site, or bookable is walking with the horses.

The cozy 18 m² apartment - fully equipped - is located directly on the bike path between Mömlingen and Obernburg in the cozy district of Eisenbach. Butchers and bakers are within walking distance, as are Rewe, Lidl and Co. The apartment is on the ground floor of a 2-story house. Private Internet connection, smart TV, ventilation system and shutters as well as blackout curtains are provided. Coffee and water are always available for the first night upon arrival. The center of Groß-Umstadt with its historic market square is 4 km away, Darmstadt 24 km and Aschaffenburg 26 km. The train station (700 m) offers connection to the public transport network.

Kick back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation in an authentic courtyard you will find everything you are looking for to immerse yourself in a break. My courtyard consists of a total of 3 residential buildings, one of which I live in myself. I rent the large gatehouse (157 sqm living space) as well as the former servant's house (2 rooms, 67 sqm). The gatehouse includes a large summer kitchen with fireplace and two cozy bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room.

You can reach us quickly and conveniently via the A3, A45 and the four-lane B469. We offer cyclists a lockable garage. Since there is no kitchen or cooking facilities, the apartment is only suitable for fitters.

The room with integrated kitchenette and separate shower room/toilet has its own entrance and is accessible. It is located in a two-family home. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking equipment and a refrigerator. Wardrobe, chest of drawers, a table and two chairs, a double bed. Wi-Fi is available.
