Condo vacation rentals in Bretton Woods, Carroll

Was a nice peaceful stay for the most part. The pools were nice to swim in although it seems not everyone seemed to want to follow the pool rules. Doesn't help that there were no lifeguards to ensure kids remained safe other than the parents. A few times I saw individuals in the pool water with either glass or an open drink in hand. Saw kids diving into the pool and even witnessed a few hurt themself. But other than that, the hot tub was so lovely to soak in. The arcade room was fun to play in. It was cool to see there was a lot to be able to do in the area for yourself. Definitely wish there was more to do in the area other than the classic tourists spots. A lot of beautiful spots to hike. We ended up checking out Diana's Bath and it was a gorgeous spot to watch cascading waterfalls or have a tiny dip. Would definitely check out this space again and maybe spend a few more days to truly appreciate the environment and mountains ^-^

This AirBnB was a perfect winter vacation escape. It had everything we needed for our two families. The kitchen was so well stocked and we were never without. Great set up. My 5 year old begged to live there forever! We can't wait to come back!

Garret was a great host. Clear details on the area and clear instructions on check in and check out. It was so comfortable and my toddler enjoyed crawling around, it was so clean and easy to access materials. WiFi was accessible and worked pretty well. Great communication he checked up on us while we were there. We definitely felt at home.

Rick was amazing! I had to come for a funeral last minute and he was so accommodating and was able to allow us to check in sooner so we didnt have to lug our stuff around. Absolutely recommend him

Very convenient to restaurants and Loon. The condo was accurate to the listing. Only gripe is the thin walls, but it’s a condo complex so what can you expect.

great getaway for Cannon (11 mins) and Waterville valley (33 mins). Ihave never slept in a more comfortable bed in my life and same for my two companions in the other two beds. just what you need for a nice ski vacation.

We loved this place! It was big, clean, and a great overall AirBnB for the family to stay at. The pictures don’t even do it justice, just a great find! It was easy to get from here to Conway, Mt Washington, White Mountain National Forest, and pretty much everywhere else we wanted to go. Definitely recommend and would book again!

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

Our family of 5 just stayed here for Presidents Day weekend. The condo was perfect for our family, and the kids loved having a separate area in the loft to have to themselves. The place was super clean. Would definitely recommend!

We were the next street over from Waterville valley ski resort and so close to the town square. This was a very convenient place to stay. The host was very very nice and any communication we had, she was prompt in responding.

Wonderful Stay – Great Amenities & Location! We had a fantastic stay! The outdoor pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, and the jetted tub in the unit was a great bonus. The bed was super comfortable, and the layout of the space was well thought out. We love this area and always enjoy heading down to North Conway. This spot made for a perfect getaway, and we’ll definitely be back with our dogs for another stay. Highly recommend!

Great place and the whole experience couldn't be easier. Great little perks and hidden gems in the condo that makes it an awesome stay. We had two kids and they enjoyed all of it! Thanks for making it easy and providing such a good value for the money!

We had a fantastic two-night stay at Anthony’s place! He’s an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host — replied to my texts within seconds and provided a detailed handbook with everything from check-in instructions to local recommendations (restaurants, parks, and things to do). The condo was clean, quiet, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It’s also very kid-friendly and just a 2-minute drive to Story Land, which was perfect for our trip. Highly recommend staying here — we’d definitely come back!

The condo was nicely stocked and had everything we needed for our family. Extra blankets in each closet and the beds were so comfortable! Easy to find and very close to the mountain we were skiing at for the week. Clubhouse with the pool was also within walking distance which was a huge plus.

Great stay, exactly as advertised. Our kids enjoyed the toys in the condo and we were able to walk over to Storyland. Also, the bed in the main bedroom was quite comfortable.

We had the absolute best time at Rick's spot. I was looking for a mini getaway for my 12 year old daughter and me and this was just perfect. Rick was super responsive and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We arrived early, but since the housekeepers had already finished up, Rick let us check in a bit early. We stayed unplugged and having fun the entire time! We swam in the pool, soaked in the hot tub (which was AMAZING), played ski ball, shot pool, played ping pong, and sat in the great room to play some games we brought from home. We finally crashed in the room around 8:30 and watched tv till we knocked out. Room was spotless and comfortable with a beautiful view of Loon and the river. The sound of the rushing river and the peepers lulled us to a blissful sleep. This was the kind of getaway that makes lifetime memories. We will definitely make it back!

This was a great place for my family to enjoy time together outside. We also to advantage of the amenities offered. Would definitely stay again in the future. Only issue was the elevator was out of order and having to bring groceries up 3 flights of stairs. I didnt specifically look for a place with an elevator, just would have packed differently.

Wonderful place to stay while in Lincoln. Close to everything! Beds were comfy. Nice sized condo with everything we could need. Plenty of parking available.

I can’t say enough positive things: The check in was easy, wonderful communication (even checked in after our first night just to make sure everything was copacetic!), the space was clean, homey, inviting and yet also felt…I don’t know quite how to describe it - cool? Set up was great, the art/aesthetic vibe, even the dishes in the kitchen - just cool. We have stayed at the same building a few times, but this took the cake! The pool and hot tub are always a welcome escape after a day on the mountain (we were skiing, but same for a summer hike) and my son and I had some marathon ping pong games in the great room. There is a small workout space, a pool table, foosball and the condo space was full of games/cards and such that also kept us occupied. They left some helpful instructions and tips on local fare (Gypsy Cafe!) and it was clear from the moment we arrived that Graham and Brent have both a lovely space and care about the folks staying there enjoying their time! Thank you!

The condo was perfect for a weekend ski trip with my boyfriend and parents. Kitchen was well stocked, the area was clean, and beds were comfortable. Would consider staying here again in the future!
