Great for cyclists, anglers and walkers, a well-equipped, cosy house, 3 minutes walk to central amenities, bars and cafes, and less than 10 minutes walk to the Dordogne River - far enough from evening terraces for a quiet night. Good storage for sporting equipment. There are pretty villages to mooch around, endless fishing spots, biking routes, summer evening markets, waterfalls, walking and wild swimming spots. We live in a very touristy area in the Dordogne Valley, and within a 30 km radius you can visit Autoire, Carennac, Collonges-la-Rouge, Curemonte, Loubressac all classified as "Most Beautiful Villages of France". You can also walk to Argentat, Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne, Bretenoux, Martel, Saint-Céré, as well as Rocamadour or Padirac, and still admire the castles of Castelnau-Prudommat, Montal or Saint-Laurent-les-Tours. Nothing but wonders.

Single-story accommodation with an area of 30 m2, independent, located inside our property, in a quiet area close to the amenities and tourist sites of the Dordogne Valley and the Causses du Quercy Regional Park. Equipped kitchen, bathroom, very comfortable 140 cm bedding, air conditioning. Linen provided on request: €10 for sheets and €10 for towels. €50 cleaning option to be specified at time of booking.
