Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Brera, Milan

This apartment was in an ideal location right next to the tram lines that made getting to all the main attractions super easy. The neighbourhood was full of great Asian restaurants, which we loved exploring. Roberto was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Milano!

It was close to the bus and train station, however far from the city center (30 minutes by train). The check-in by Julia’s mother was very smoth even though she don’t speak English. Lots of snacks, Nespresso coffees pods and toiletries available. As our flight was scheduled for 20:30pm we asked for a late check-out and Julia’s mother was very kind and allowed us to stay a few hours more than the regular check-out. Overall a very nice experience and definitely recommend it. If I ever come back to Milan, I’ll book this again.

The accommodation was about 50 minutes away from MXP Airport by high-speed train. There were many restaurants nearby, and it was located near several subway stations, so it was very helpful when traveling without a car. The accommodation was located in an old building, but it was neatly renovated, and there was one double bed on the first floor and one on the second floor, so I think it would be good for up to 4 people to share. Instead, you can hear each other to some extent, so you have to be considerate of each other. Alice always explained with accurate instructions when the time came, and all the processes were easy! I'll come again!

This was our 3rd stay at this superb apartment. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Milan. It's fantastically located in the heart of the city, near public transport and equipped with everything you need. Angela is super quick to respond to any query or problem, and after 3 stays here we feel like a friend! Thanks again for a wonderful 3 days in Milan to finish our European trip!

Lovely place, the host very kind and friendly, offering many recommendations including things to do with kids. The place is near a supermarket and restaurants, near the park and places to visit during your stay. I definitely recommend it.

We stayed in this amazing apartment for 2 days during our visit to Milan and had a great experience. The location is perfect—well connected by public transport and easy to access. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and proactive throughout the stay. We especially appreciated their kindness when we forgot some of our stuff - they quickly arranged a meeting to return it, which we found very thoughtful. Nicole's apartment is in a great location, completely newly decorated and beautiful! We could reach everything easily, ate super delicious food in Chinatown and the surrounding area and it has everything you need. Nicole was always available and helpful. The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

A super clean and very appealing apartment with everything you need to feel good! Top equipped and nothing is missing. From spices, dishwasher tabs to cleaning and bathroom items, everything is available. Great, great and great again. 😉 Thank you again and again for everything😉😘

I was hosted by Marcello in his beautiful loft. Very comfortable and equipped with everything you need to spend a wonderful stay in peace. The area is very well supplied with services and clubs of all kinds and for all tastes. Should I still need it or should I recommend it, I would not spare myself in saying that Alchemy Loft is really a beautiful reality. I'd definitely come back if I needed to.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our city break staying at MariaGrazia’s place. The location was excellent and MariaGrazia was friendly and responded quickly to any queries we had. The place itself was lovely; very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend it.

We had a great stay! Maria was incredibly attentive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared that we had a good experience—offering helpful advice and tips throughout our trip. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and well-organised. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a welcoming space, and as a guest, you really benefit from the clear and well-kept rules. The location is also a major plus—there’s a metro stop right outside, which made getting around the city really convenient. Highly recommend!

Great place to explore Milan. Just a few minutes walk to tram direct to piazza duomo and 20 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars of the grande canal.

Nice place near the train station. Too far to walk to the main attractions but you can use the local rail or taxi. Place was nice and clean. Host was responsive.

Our family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient and close to many sightseeing spots, which made getting around easy. The kitchen utensils provided were complete and very useful for our daily needs. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience!

We loved staying at Paola’s while in Milan! It was close to public transportation which was important to us. There were several great spots around the apartment as well. Paola’s outdoor space is wonderful and we loved having a glass of wine there at the end of the day. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Victoria and Matteo are extremely helpful in the process. We started our trip with an issue with our baggage at airport but they didn’t hesitate to extend their help, called us and advise us on how to handle the situation. Victoria also provided lots of recommendations for us to explore round the area. The location is at a convenient, safe and lively vicinity with lots of great restaurants - did have some noise from surrounding restaurants at night but didn’t affect us too much.
