The owner’s home is located next door, yet separated by two garage structures, leaving a feeling of seclusion.

Clean and bright bachelor suite located just a 3 minute drive from the Victoria airport, and 10 minutes from Swartz Bay ferry terminal. You can walk from the airport, it is a 2.1 km walk along the paved airport trail. This beautiful and comfortable fully self contained suite is on the upper level of a family home, complete with private entry and ample street parking. Mill Bay Retreat

A quiet rural setting, but close to everything you need: biking trails, kayaking, paddle-boarding, wineries, golf, tennis, and of course...restaurants and shops. Also close to Shawnigan Lake School, Brentwood College and St. John's Academy. Extensive back lawn area for badminton, bocce ball or croquet...or just hanging out. One queen bed, but also a very comfy leather couch that can be used for a third person, best suited for a teen or adult. The suite is not setup for small children.

Great for couples. 5 mins from Cordova Bay beaches, Elk Lake, Mattick’s Farm, Gigis Deli & market, Adrienne's Restaurant, Cordova Bay Golf Course, Mount Douglas & more. 15 mins from the ferry & DT (by car). Enjoy a king sized bed and a loveseat for watching TV. The loveseat is not big enough to sleep. Pls inform me of any breakfast preferences. The care takers pier house is the most unique way to embrace Brentwood Bay . Being the oldest private marina in BC you will sense its rich history on the walls of the house. On the peir you will find boat builders and canvas makers and the largest paddle sport operation on the island. Brentwood spa is a 4 minute walk down the path , seahorse cafe is next door and butchart gardens is in the same bay. All who come to Brentwood bay love the little island feel at portside marina .
