The place was absolutely stunning, with an incredible view of the ocean and nearby parks. Everything was in walking distance and we were able to explore so much. What really stood out to me was our host, Vladimir’s communication. Since we had booked months ago and the days leading up to our stay, he was so responsive, kind, and easy to get ahold of. The trip was incredible and will be a lasting memory for us thanks to Vladimir ☺️

Accessible area, close to restaurants, wineries, pharmacies. The apartment is clean, tidy and welcoming. The host was attentive...I would return again on another occasion

Getting there was super easy, because it was very close to a main avenue. Upon arrival the place was spotless, the bed smelled very good and the cleanliness was noticeable. I loved the place, highly recommended for staying in Lima.

The place is located in a wonderful part of Lima that is safe and convenient. Grocery store at a walkable distance, ocean view, large terrace with a superb grill. The bed is comfortable, as is kitchen, stocked up with everything you need to cook a decent meal, or make that morning coffee. During our stay, we actually were able to cook some fantastic meals on that kitchen and feel ok while doing that. We all know how tricky cooking on someone else's kitchen can become :) Overall, we loved our stay. Monica is an outstanding host who takes care of you as if you were a part of her own family. We loved Lima, we loved Peru and Peruvian food, but most of all, we loved beautiful Peruvian people and relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Super cute apartment with amazing views, perfect for solo traveler or two people! The rooftop is definitely the highlight—you get a stunning panoramic view of Lima on one side and a gorgeous beach and pool view on the other. The apartment itself is cozy and cute. The neighborhood is okay- not much happening in the immediate area, but it’s a nice spot if you’re looking for a more relaxed vibe. The host was very accommodating and communicative, which made the stay even smoother.

It was our first time in Peru, so naturally, we were a bit nervous, but Claudia made us feel right at home! The location of this condo was top tier. Everything was perfect, including the walking distance to Starbucks and restaurants! I will definitely be booking with Claudia again in the future :)

Excellent, very cozy house for large groups, beautiful courtyard with beautiful trees and flowers, and a turtle that was a sensation for my children. 100% recommended. Everything immaculate.

Views are marvelous and the spacious apartment is so comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the apartment and watching surfers, joggers and the waves rolling in.

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment is a very nice ,private and cozy place without outside noises that disturb us and the feeling of being in a family atmosphere. Moises behaved more than a host like a great friend who gave us his home quickly and attentive to our needs and with a great human sense. Jeanpierre was an incredible host!! He allowed us to make his space our home for three months which made for a memorable and special experience. He was always quick to respond to any of our needs and his little space is a must if you are in Lima! We will most definitely be back and highly recommend this space to anyone considering a visit to Peru! 🇵🇪
