Condo vacation rentals in Breña

Stayed in the apartment in for a week. Juan gave us very clear, helpful instructions to get into the apartment. It was very clean and spacious. The wifi worked very well. The kitchen had all the amenities of home, with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and kettle. The view from the 22nd floor is amazing. It was nice to look out at the ocean in the mornings and let the cool air in through the sliding glass door that had a balcony. The sounds of the city were comforting, almost like having a built-in white noise machine. The bathroom in the primary bedroom was very spacious, especially the shower. We never ran out of hot water, and the pressure was very good. The location of the apartment is great. Close to everything. It was easy to get a taxi or Uber at any time. There is a bodega next door which has almost everything you need. There's also a full shopping center a block away. Juan was responsive and very friendly. Highly recommend this apartment!

Amazing view from both main bedroom and living room. Lots of space in the bunk room. WiFi worked great & the building is very safe. I stayed with my family including 2 children and we had no issues. Host are very responsive and gave very detailed instructions for everything. Would recommend and would stay again.

Views are marvelous and the spacious apartment is so comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the apartment and watching surfers, joggers and the waves rolling in.

This is the second time I have stayed in Juan Daniel's apartment, and it is certainly not the last. As a host, he is a 10/10, always willing to help and attentive to your well-being. The apartment is very small, but has everything you need. It's perfect for someone like me who works remotely, travels alone, and doesn't spend much time at home. The neighborhood is quiet and very well connected by buses, the Metropolitano, minibuses and motorcycle taxis. If you want to get to know life in Lima as it really is, and shop in the market, go on public transport and meet the people who live there, it is the ideal accommodation. I hope to return to the same apartment soon.

Very good service, reception, location, food 100%. You can go out and come in 24 hours a day if you go out to dinner or to a nearby bar. The pool and jacuzzi give a plus to the stay with a good view and the clean sun that brightens the day. Close to the beach, it has everything in the apartment, large bed, 2 large Smart TVs, equipped kitchen, refrigerator and Omar is always attentive to any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay there again, recommended. 🙌

My stay at this Airbnb was excellent. The location is very good, which made my travels much easier and allowed me to enjoy the city. The accommodation has everything you need for a short stay, it is well equipped and offers a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. In addition, communication with the host was smooth and friendly, which made my experience even better. I would definitely recommend it to those looking for a practical and conveniently located place.

I love the location of Renzos place. Spacious, great views and everything you could need, steps from your door. And across the street is a big, beautiful park. Plus the outdoor space is hard to find in Lima. Would definitely recommend Renzos place!

Stayed a month at the place. The apartment in San Miguel is in a convienent location for tourist. 20 min from Miraflores a tourist hotspot, and 10 min from San miguel plaza a nice large shopping mall that has all you need there. My partner and I spent alot of time shopping and eating there during our stay. The apartment has nice security staff that are well aware of Airbnb and will assist the best they can. The pool is closed on Mondays and from 12 - 2. As well as the Gym from 12 -2 every day. Security has to be there I believe, which was not ideal at times. You have to get used to that schedule. The hotwater for the shower you must flip a switch an hour before use, then turn off after. The hotwater may not last that long either, but good enough to wash off and save water. Host was available to message consistently if there were any problems and thus was able to have a good time here.

I'm glad that this place is available for visitors to experience the area. Its great. You might not find as much cookware as other places but it has what you could use for a quick breakfast meal. It's is a good area to check out the restaurants which is what you have to try out mainly. Good stay and friendly people

The place was really nice, we were surprised to find out that it had ocean views we enjoyed some amazing sunsets. Place is safe and secure, very modern. Kitchen had everything we needed plus washer and dryer was very helpful. Only thing bad was the traffic noise early morning and late at night. However we enjoyed our stay. Rodrigo was very responsive and friendly.

Adriana was extremely easy to deal with, her place in the Miraflores neighborhood of Lima was beautiful. It was on the 19th floor of an apartment building with a casino in the lobby. The area was safe and secure with the doorman very easy to get in and out with code,was a duplex apartment living area and kitchen on the first floor two bedrooms on the second floor and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Everything was very clean, beautiful balcony five stars would highly recommend.!! Great price

a very comfortable apartment on the days I was in it was very pleasant for me a spectacular sea view and everything very tidy, the kitchen and bathroom are very spacious and close to a whole place in a very strategic point of the city and the super friendly host I recommend it there is a very placenteramuchas stay thanks to I already have where to return to Lima
