You will be ideally located to enjoy the ocean and bike paths, and will have a private outdoor area.

This fully renovated 4-room house named "Petite Terre" with its private heated swimming pool (June to September) 3 m x 3 m is designed to make your stay as pleasant as possible. To fully enjoy the large beach (600 m) of Saint-Jean-de-Monts as well as the Demoiselles district (400 m) Linen provided free of charge for stays of 5 nights or more. This independent accommodation is located above our house. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool and garden. The bottom of the garden overlooks the lake, kayaks are available to you.
