On the first floor is a combined kitchen and living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. On the second floor, the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 m² (431 sq. ft.). Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 square meters) can be rented. It can accommodate 3 more people.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

We like to welcome you in our lovely renovated apartment.It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom (ca 90qm) The center can be reached in 10min, Potsdam is 50min away, Berlin ca 90min. Just 300m from us you find the bus station, also near by is a super market, the Castle of Plaue and a park. We are right near the water, you are welcome to bring your kayak or a bike. It can be left in the yard, when not used. There is plenty of free parking on the street.

Bis zum Marktplatz sind es nur wenige Meter. Nach deinem Ausflug kannst du dich ausgiebig entspannen. Das großzügige und hochwertige Apartment ist ruhig gelegen. Lade deinen Akku wieder auf und nutze die eigene Sauna oder schaue deine Lieblingsserie auf Netflix.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

Relax in the countryside

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel cycle path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas hot water shower, dry toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate thanks to the insulation with hemp and clay. As a professional violin maker, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish baroque elements from the origin of the house combine with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to get as much of the original substance as possible. Whole warning: A low ceiling beams dating back to 1775 crosses the space.

Cozy, modern houseboat in Potsdam

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The historic manor house with completely renovated and modern interior welcomes guests from all over Europe. The Fläming, the Temnitz and Garzer mountains are right outside the front door. Cultural offerings in Brandenburg a.d. Havel, Bad Belzig can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Potsdam and Berlin are about 40 minutes away.

Switch off and recharge in the middle of nowhere: You don't want to see anything for a few days except meadows and vastness, horizon and tall trees? Then come by, sit on the Hollywood swing in the garden or on the sofa in front of our panoramic window and watch cranes, deer and birds of prey. Relax, refuel and look at the stars at night!
