It is advisable to have a car at your disposal. Because we are located in a rural area, there is little public transport.

The old Wagenschuur on the river Lek.

This beautiful cottage used to be a 100-year-old carriage house, of which old beams have remained visible as much as possible. The cottage is located in the yard of our 400-year-old monumental Krukhuis farm, where we live with our sheep, chickens and dog. The cottage has its own outdoor seating. Opposite the farm are the floodplains of the river Lek with the many nice little beaches. And a stone's throw away is the cozy silver town of Schoonhoven.

Nb. during the Christmas holidays, arrival is possible on Saturday, December 20. After 4 nights, longer stays are possible for 120 euros/night on request.
