The cottage, opposite the Cathedral, adjoins one of Brecon's finest Georgian buildings, Grade II listed Priory Hill House, with which it shares a lovely half-acre garden on the banks of the River Honddu, with spectacular views of Pen y Fan. Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Cafe" serving good home cooked food. Enjoy a break in the lovey Brecon Beacons in this 2 bedroomed house in a very peaceful location. The premises has a small enclosed garden with a patio area. It also has free on site parking. One or two well- behaved dogs are welcome but we request that they stay off the furniture please and are not left unattended at the house. The town centre is just a short walk away. The property is ideally suited to a family of up to 3 children or two couples .
