Relax in a brand new house at the foot of Pálava near Mušovská jezera. The location is a well-known wine region and an ideal destination for cyclists, popular trails lead around the house. All rooms have access to a spacious terrace with seating. From the terrace, stairs lead to the upper terrace overlooking Pálava and the hot tub, available from May to September. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We offer guests recommendations for local winemakers and interesting tourist destinations. There is a shop and several restaurants near the house.

The house is located in a quiet location of the town of Mikulov and yet just a short distance from its historical core. It is exceptional with its enchanting view of the castle and Svatý kopeček. There are two rooms with a double bed and one room with three single beds. There is also a living room with a sofa bed and a smart TV, two toilets and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. The apartment has a terrace with seating and a relatively large garden with a sauna, cooling pond, shelter and grill.

In the yard there is a parking space for 3 - 4 cars, at the same time there is a seating in the roofed pergola, electric grill and activities for children. In our cottage you will find space for relaxation and rest without worries... The kitchen is fully equipped, a filled wine cellar awaits you, where you can choose from the best wines.

Our beautiful country house is nicely located at the heart of the Lednice-Valtice area, an UNESCO protected region famous for its wines, its palaces and its natural environment. The house is 10 minutes walk from the main square of Valtice, where you can find cafes and restaurants, but conveniently located at the edge of the village, surrounded by wines and fields, and just at the start of the popular wine route.

This is a luxury apartment in a new building in Mušlov (urban part of Mikulov - 4km) and with an excellent location in the Pálava Protected Landscape Area and only 10 km from the Lednice-Valtice area. The nearest towns for necessary purchases are Mikulov (4km) or Valtice (10km), or the district town of Břeclav (20km). The price of the stay includes Nespresso coffee and Leros tea.
