There is a kitchen equipped with dishes for 6 people, living room with TV, 2 bedrooms, toilet, bathroom. There is also a private patio with a seating area and barbecue facilities that offer stunning views of the Girls' Castles and Pálava.

It is adjacent to wine cellars, where local winemakers will be happy to welcome you and invite you to taste excellent Moravian wines. The interior of the building is newly renovated and offers modern amenities. The exception is the original bathroom, which will soon be renovated. We offer you a double bed, which can be separated from the single bed by a stylish screen for your privacy. Our accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 4 people with an extra bed and a quality mattress.

Útulné romantické útočiště pro dva, ukryté mezi vinicemi a ovocným sadem, s nádherným výhledem na horizont. Večer můžete pozorovat hvězdy, dát si sklenku vína nebo pomáhat vinohradu růst. Sprcha pod nebem osvěží, letní vánek usuší. Elektřina tu není – jen nouzová powerbanka, kadibudka s výhledem a klid. Ale pozor, nikdy tu nebude sami - mezi řádky se procházejí srnky a největší brouk Evropy, přilétají ptáci a v hlubším lese se občas ozve čuník. Kde jinde zažít kouzlo přítomného okamžiku ❤️.

Vila Witke

Villa Witke was built almost 100 years ago by architect Witke. It is located in a region full of vineyards and good wine, cycling and hiking trails, 7 km from the beautiful Mikulov, 8 km from the Moravia aquapark, 8 km from Věstonická Venus... nearby are Valtice, Lednice (20 km) and 1 hour from us to Vienna :). In addition to comfortable bedrooms, the villa has a large lounge, kitchen and TV and a playroom for children and adults. There is an outdoor grill, a terrace.

You will experience the atmosphere and beauty of South Moravia directly from the wine cellar. A quiet place awaits you at the end of the village, which is located near Pálava itself. You will have the whole cottage at your disposal, along with the adjacent garden, terrace and wine cellar, where you can taste many bottles from local winemakers. We will be happy to help you choose trips around the area, visit wineries, rent bicycles or book a nearby wellness.

These are luxury apartments in a new building in Mušlov (urban part of Mikulov - 4km) and with an excellent location in the Pálava Protected Landscape Area and only 10 km from the Lednice - Valtice area. The nearest towns for necessary purchases are Mikulov (4km) or Valtice (10km), or the district town of Břeclav (20km). The price of the stay includes Nespresso coffee and Leros tea.

This spacious apartment offers comfortable and modern accommodation. The room opens onto a terrace with views of the surrounding countryside. There is also a barbecue on the deck to enjoy an excellent barbecue with family and friends. As per local policies regarding tourism, we ask all guests to share their government ID information via online registration form before arrival.

There is no other accommodation nearby, so peace and quiet. Our guests who depart on Sunday have the option of late check-out until three in the afternoon. We look forward to seeing you!
