This horse property has been grandfathered into the city limits and has access to all the town has to offer. Yet peaceful, safe estate. Floor to ceiling windows, 2 level decking. Enjoy the views, bike (bike trail near) or walk/hike. Our land wraps around the Lake Opperman (not a sandy bottom lake) Bring your canoes and your books. Guests enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, propane grill, fire pit, kayaks, a dock, and swim beach. If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

Enjoy over 100 feet of level lake shore on Buchanan Lake. The 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located on over an acre and situated on a dead end road.
