The Cabin A secluded, self contained log cabin

JimRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This location is a dream come true for dog owners. If you’re bringing your furry friend, you don’t need to worry about a thing except food. Everything else is provided, including bowls, dog towels, and a cosy dog bed. Milk, butter, cooking oil, and condiments are also included. On our way out, we discovered a puncture in our tyre. Gina and Claire were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to stay in the cabin until it was fixed. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place. We’re so glad we stayed again!

The Barn/Beudy bach

JonRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We had a lovely few days at the Barn, using is as a base to explore the valleys, and sights in Carmarthenshire. The Barn is lovely and cosy - and actually feels bigger than it looks on the pictures. We loved the wood burning stove, with fuel provided and fire made the first night, which was a real treat to use - and if you are visiting at the right time of year, be sure to look outside at the stars in the dead of night, because we were able to see so much. The place would be easy to miss if you didn’t know where you were going, but we had very clear instructions beforehand and found it no trouble. To anyone wondering about the internet - some reviews here mention WiFi, but as advertised, there is no WiFi - which we actually enjoyed. If you need internet, mobile data doesn’t really work inside the barn, but was available as soon as one stepped outside, which was fine for our satnav purposes. Ann also offered to help us access the internet if there was an issue, but this wasn’t needed.

Y Beudy cottage, a cosy rural retreat for all.

RajRating, 5 stars2 days ago
This property is a hidden gem in a very tranquil area. The cottage's living room is large, its kitchen is fully equipped, its beds are clean and comfortable, and its bathrooms are lovely. For a family holiday, it had everything you could ask for. Simon and Charlotte were prompt in their communication. Although we were granted privacy, we were aware that we had immediate access to any assistance we needed. The experience was made even better by small additions such as freshly laid farm eggs, milk from a local dairy, and Welsh cakes that were left for us. Overall, the property exceeded our expectations

5*Cosy cottage, log burner by Botanical gardens

CorinneRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Stayed at the farm for two nights alone for a relaxing retreat. The best part for me was the peacefulness and the birds singing - so many birds at once! With all the trees and fields around you really felt like you were in your own bubble of nature. Lois was really lovely, helpful but unobtrusive, giving recommendations and help when needed. Loved that I could go on a walk to a lake right from the back gate. House was well equipped, lots of cool books, and bed was super comfy. Will look forward to coming again.
