The accommodation is very well located in a quiet and secure concession near the Pullman and tastefully decorated. We have not had a power outage and wifi is available . In addition,the staff are serious and the host is very responsive. I highly recommend this place if you want to have a pleasant stay in Kin in good conditions.

It is much more spacious than it appears in the current photos, very clean, sober, well ventilated, and very quiet. The views are fantastic day and night. No worries about electricity or water. This was an excellent stay. What is not immediately evident from the listing is the level of service that Mr. Simplice and his staff deliver. They accommodated us in everything that we could need. If we find ourselves in Brazzaville again, this building is the first place we will check.

The hpuse is okay atleast there is no power issues like most places in kinshasa..The place is in a market the roads are poor hard to access on car unless you are walking but the host is just the best.responds any any request quickly and made sure we had everything we needed.

Alain is a very friendly host particularly quickly accessible. The apartment is in a safe location surrounded by various ministries. Water, steam and air conditioner without interruption. The kitchen is fully equipped. I felt at home. I recommend all this apartment for a comfortable stay.

it's a nice house in the middle of Kinshasa, clean with stable electricity which is gold to be found in Kinshasa these days and I like the level of communication and willingness to meet their customers needs at all time, my wife loved it and I will definitely be back soon, and I highly recommend you to book this place and you won't be disappointed, especially if you have not been in Congo for a longtime and need a place clean, classy, quiet and stable that caters Europe or in my case American standard, please do yourself a favor Book this place ASAP and don't forget to thank me

We had a great time in this apartment! Well appointed and full of charm , it is located in an old building.Patrick, our Host and his agency that manages the apartment were very responsive and welcoming , with small welcome gifts that made our arrival pleasant. A real plus: the espresso machine with capsules for a good morning coffee! We were also able to arrive earlier and leave later on request ,which was very appreciated. The cleaning and on-demand shopping service made available to us is also very convenient. The explanations at check-in were clear , with a key box for access and good wifi connection. The professional agency was there to answer all our questions and Patrick provided us with a nice city guide questions , we consulted on Airbnb before our arrival. A big thank you for this memorable stay, we will come back and reconsider this apartment to all guests.
