A great stay. Exactly as described in the listing — spacious, clean, and nice location. If you do have a sensitivity to noise, this is not the place for you; however, my husband and I did live in College Station for several years, so it wasn’t anything new. Earplugs are provided, which is a thoughtful touch. Would absolutely recommend.

This was a return visit because we felt at home here.Visiting for a family gathering locally it was well situated.The place is clean tastefully decorated.Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance or a short drive.The unit is in character with the town and as a Yankee/British couple we felt the warm Texas welcome as soon as we arrived. We would absolutely use this unit again for future visits to the area.The hosts are wonderful.We had no problems because everything was well prepared and clearly explained but when we did communicate upon our arrival and departure the response was quick and warm. Thank you Randy and Kelly for another great visit!

Steven's place is just right. It's near a lot of restaurants and such and A&M, which is why I was there. It's cute, nicely kept, clean, comfortable. All good. And we were able to book just a one night stay which is all we needed. And Steven is very responsive with my inquiries, able to bring my dogs, and accommodated a late check out so I could spend one last moment with my family before we all parted ways again. This was so appreciated. Thank you very much Steven! Our stay was perfect!

Was very pleased with the accommodations in the hospitality of the hostess, and also the line of communication with Mary at Airbnb being the relay person between me and the hostess would definitely recommend this location in the future. We’ll plan on staying.

We only stayed one night at Randy and Kelly’s rental, but we would highly recommend their place. If you are needing to stay in the area or be close to Aggiepark or surrounding area. We were in town for the troubadour festival and it was so convenient to be so close! Great communication from the hosts and everything worked out smoothly. The place was very clean and comfortable, and had everything that we needed for our stay. We appreciated the plush towels that were available and very comfortable bed! We also appreciated that there was a small coffee bar area with plenty of K cups and sugar and creamer packets because we really needed coffee that morning from being out late. We would love to stay here again the next time we’re in town.!

Great place for game day! Close enough to campus but perfectly away from traffic!

Great place, close to TAMU equestrian facilities and the rest of College Station. Lots of cute touches in the apartment. AC worked great, coming from Oregon we weren’t used to the heat. Appreciated the comfy beds, the ceiling fans and having a washer and dryer to wash riding clothes after all day in the heat. Open kitchen is super nice.

Everything was as described and pictures do not justify what it looks like in person. Loved the New Orleans style theme. There was a band playing across the street and people out and about the evening we stayed felt so welcoming! Lots of shops to explore and restaurants to choose from all within walking distance! Easy check in with detailed information and street parking wasn’t an issue all with our long bed truck. Beds were very comfy! The hosts were very punctual in communication and kind. Plenty of towels, well stocked with the essentials and very cozy! We definitely will return once my kiddo starts college! We had a scheduled tour of A&M and this place was perfect for location. Thank you for opening your home to my family and I!

This was our second stay at one of Russ and Margie’s properties in this building. They are quiet, secure, clean, and nicely decorated.

Sonia was very professional and friendly. Check in was simple. The duplex was very clean, well-organized and the location was excellent. I would recommend staying at Sonia's duplex.

We LOVED staying here! Janice was very nice, pretty quick to respond and attentive to our needs! We stayed here for a night for graduation and it was a short distance from Reed and Kyle Field! I’d 100% recommend for game weekends, graduations and family weekends! The 4 bedrooms had plenty of space! 2 queen beds and 1 air mattress provided. One empty room but plenty of space for another air mattress! Check in and check out we’re very smooth. We would definitely stay her again!

Location was easy to find and private but still close to highway, restaurants, and TAMU. Townhouse was very clean and the decor was nice and modern. Well furnished and had everything needed. Like the gated access and parking right in front of door. Smaller community not crowded and quiet. Nice to have the pool and fitness center access also. Mandy was great host, very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back again!

Fantastic townhouse with tons of space. Very clean and modern. Great location for basketball families playing at Legends.

This place worked our great for us, allowed easy access to all the spots we wanted. Great food in the area and easy access to a movie, popcorn and drink to fill in free time. Enjoyed the stay.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. We had everything we needed and more. We celebrated our son’s graduation with friends and family. Everyone commented on how much fun they had here. We played pickle ball, swam, fished, relaxed by the fire in the evenings and more. We will definitely be back and recommend to all our friends. Thank you Kyle and David!
